The hotel has great location extremely close to a metro stop, which allows you to explore Hong Kong easily. It is also close to Lan Kwai Fong, but the neighborhood is quiet at night. It has all the necessary facilities for a short trip to Hong Kong.

I am 183 cm and the length of the bed was a little bit on the small side, as my feet would be slightly outside the bed if I would lay down.

The location of the hotel is really good and convenient. It is just outside Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2, close to a 7-11 and a short walk away from the Sheung Wan Municipal Building (has a wet market and food court), many other eateries, the Western Market Tram Terminus, and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. The hotel is also a short walking distance away from Central area and around 20 minutes or so walk to the Peak Tram Lower Terminus. The single room was a little compact but it was comfortable and had everything needed. There is a water dispenser (hot and cold water) on the ground floor near the reception. Requests were attended to promptly (e.g. a request for an additional duvet).

The switch for the bathroom lights did not work well. It was not a major inconvenience since the light from the bedroom enters through the glass panel facing the sink. I am told that only the single room has this feature (i.e. the glass panel facing the sink looking into the bedroom). I could hear noises from outside my room and the air-con switched off several times on its own but overall these were not major issues during my stay.

The location is the selling point. Very close to the MTR and the food around the hotel is very tasty and affordable.

Due to the small sizes of the rooms, it cannot be avoided that the noises from the other rooms can be heard. Too bad if you have a very insensitive neighbour like ours, who keeps banging their door in the middle of the night. Tidying up the room is also an issue. Sometimes, they will clean it very well, sometimes they will just collect the trashes and replace the towels and tissues.

LOCATION is superb, "Safety Area",Easy to connect MRT Sheung Wan Station with 1 min walk and convenience store, famous restaurants, food stall, cafe, healthy drink by walk distance. Plus, the laundry service (2 shop and 1 vending machine) In addition, any other public transportation is very easy to find in the area. STAFF are friendly and willing to help such as finding and guide for attraction destination. (Good English) Plus, can deposit luggage at check-out and go somewhere with safe. ROOM, clean with good air condition (I preferred a cool temp with quiet operating) water tap pressure and hot water is great. Even the hotel is beside the alley but no sound interrupted at night mean I can sleep well. In addition, about SAFETY. They have Smoke Alarm, Fire Exit, Emergency Light, and 24 hrs. staff at reception.

The location was perfect. It is near to MTR station at the same time, there was a 7-11 beside the building. Lots of local food options nearby. I had a broken shower and the staff were friendly enough to replace it right away.

The room was quite small. I do not recommend getting the solo room unless you just need a bed. There is not enough space to open your luggage on the floor in the smallest room -- might be best for backpackers. The toilet was ok but there was no bidet. Some deep cleaning needed as well.

It's a very nice location. I can go anywhere conveniently. I can find several food and drinks with various choices. The convenience store, drug store. The room and toilet are clean, floor is clean (I check by cleaning the floor by myself).

The door should have put some absorption to prevent someone who does not realize making a hard noise when closing the door. In addition, the bin in the living room should be bigger.

The staff were accomodating. I loved that the location was advantageous, as it was close to stores, food shops, a laundromat, and a walking distance to metro. The room was comfortable for the price, with enough electrical outlets. Water pressure and heat in the washroom was good. It was a bang for your buck

Right by Sheung Wan station so super easy transport to places - walkable to Central as well. Lively area with restaurants, small shops and amenities of what you might need.

I'm aware rooms are small in HK, but this was a little bit smaller than I expected as I thought I'd booked a double bed, but it was doable as I was out most of the time, it wasn't an issue. More space is always ideal.

The staff were very accomodating and friendly! This was my third stay at the property. The location is solid, a lot of food choices in the area.

No heaters. We were there in the winter and it was very cold. There were no option to get an extra blanket. The rooms were ok but some details were missing such as the locks for the toilet.

The location is very practical, from there, everywhere is walkable.

The cleanliness, the pipes have moss, the facade was cleaned but I accidentally touched the rear part and am taken aback. The toilet isn’t clean, there are still drops of fecess visible and under the bed is dusty. Since I noticed that, we checked the mattress and there were stains including the bed sheet is stainy.
