Pretty good location, not far from Shatin shopping areas and with some restaurants and shops around. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower (especially the pressure) was excellent.

Facilities and cleanliness could be better. Plus, the lift system is a bit inefficient. Location might also be a bit far away from the main touristic sites.

The hotel staff was excellent. The front desk colleauge by the luggages and shuttle bus - he is a fantastic, very helpful person. Special thanks, sir!

Sorry to say, but the boss at the breakfast restaurant is a mentally sick person. Anybody could come even with very polite smile - he will not give mercy. At 9:30 we were brave to ask for bred, answer: you should come tomorrow earlier!!! 👹 and so on... All the breakfast time we felt like prisoners in a jail... I am sorry for disturbing the restaurant with our presence - promise that will not do it again! Very sad to see: 1-2 person destroy hundred others good result...

Our recent stay at Silka Tsuen Wan was a delightful surprise. The room, though compact, was impeccably clean and perfect for couples. A nice hotel to stay, and the amenities are quite new.

The breakfast has very limited selections

The room was a bit smaller than other places I've stayed but not too small and very cozy and clean. Very nice interior and the shower was powerful. They let me have a room with a balcony so that was amazing! Polite staff and.... several hours after I checked out I realised I left my wallet behind with some cash inside. I called them and they said they found my wallet so I went back and collected it. Very honest people. Nice rooftop terrace garden. Also a free shuttle to and fro Kwai Fong MTR

I don't think there was a laundrette so only that maybe. I didn't need to wash any clothes anyway

Although, initially there was a mix up with regard to my reservation, the reservations staff did their best to rectify the situation. And this is what matters most to me, not the absence of hitches but the quick action to put everything in order

Public transportation, aside from taxis, was not easily accessible. However, the hotel made up for this by providing regular shuttle service free of charge to its guests.

I like the HEPA air filter in the room which makes the room free of smoke smell (from other hotel guests who did not follow the rules of non-smoking policy)

The lcoation is not convenient but shuttle bus is available every hour to nearest MTR station. Also don’t expect too much on quality of other hotel guests.

The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was one bus into central and one bus from the airport so we was in the middle of it all. The stuff was very friendly. Overall, a perfect hotel to stay in to explore hong kong.

The room was without a cabinet to hang the clothes only a very little space not comfortable for jackets etc.., the breakfast not for European costumers need more choices

Location is a bit far from the MTR though they provide shuttle to the MTR station but you have to reserve a day before.
