Location - close to a mini market, pharmacy, various kind of food, also shopping centre Coco Park, PingAn observation deck, metro station… Big, spacious room (we got the two-story apartment). They were very kind to let us check-in even earlier than the early check-in given by Booking. Good breakfast with various local food, but also some western options. Did not use the kitchen or a washing machine, but it is great to have these options. Some of the staff members speak English, which is not that common in Shenzhen.

A bit outdated - not a problem for the furniture, but the mattress is in a very bad shape. Electric outlets did not work with a schuko plug (European one), only with an US adapter. Very low ceiling above the bath. Air conditioning not always working. Noisy highway next to the hotel. But overall, it is still worth staying here because of the location!

The staff have been absolutely fantastic. My first time in China and I couldn't be more impressed. The room (i was in the two story deluxe room on lv27) was fantastic with everything I needed. I'm also 6'4" and I fit in the bed easily. after being in meetings for 9 to 10 hours or walking all day at exhibitions it was literally a life saver ( if you've slept in a short bed you'll know what I mean) I never ate downstairs but everytime I went past it smelled and looked delicious ( I was being feed by clients at meetings, again very generous people) I will definitely be staying here every time I come back and bringing my family. And it's also very central to every where.

I didn't have an issues or problems with anything.

Staff are really helpful and proactively helping us to resolve a few issues (in hotel & taxi) happened during our stay which is very much appreciated. The room is clean and spacious with all facilities we needed (it even provide laundry detergent for the washing machine in the apartment). The hotel even keeps our suitcases without charges for 2 weeks during our travel to other part of China.

Takes around 10-15 mins walk to access to subway (No. 1, 3 & 7), decent restaurants and shopping mall. Such short walk normally okay for us, unfortunately, a lot motorcycles & bicycles drive on the pavement or drive through the red light which makes such short walk becomes hard work.

Super friend staff, very helpful. I had a package arriving and they kept a watch out for me and helped me when it didn’t arrive on time. Same for when I needed help with transport. Property was clean, gym is well equipped, I was able to run every morning and exercise before leaving to visit the city. Location is perfect, we went everywhere by subway because a station was close by. We will come back again.

Nothing. Property was old but we expected it. It was clean and had enough supplies and amenities.

A wonderful service apartment hotel with good view of Pangian Finance Tower Building. The staff were really good and always had a smile while helping for booking cab or anything we asked. The location is near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre so quite idle for visitors and very good location near to Sego Electronics and Huanggang Port for people who want to travel back to Hongkong.We being vegetarian it had limited options but we were happy with the meal

Large fully equipped apartment with great view, minutes from metro station. Excellent gym. Ironing facilities in room. Total blackout curtains. Efficient 24 hour front desk. Easy to find.

I couldn't work out how to switch the air conditioning from heating to cooling so I just switched it off and opened balcony door. No problem.

my second stay at the hotel .room excellent .. except smelly a bit .. could have used some airfresher or perfumed detergent. location of the hotel is perfect,

should use airfreshner in room and in toilets

The two-bedroom suite allocated to us was very spacious, bright, and well-designed enough to tempt one to stay in the suite rather than venturing out. There are few restaurants in the immediate residential community but the Coco Park area is within walking distance and taxis are easy to get with an app.

The receipt staff are friendly. The overall design of the room is nice (Two-Bedroom Duplex Suite). The location is ok (if the guest can order a taxi from Didi). Room service is economical. Free TV episodes with a lot of choices.

The refrigerator in the living room is old and does not match the design of the living room. Water leaps out from the standup bathroom.

Location is very convenient, closed to MTR and very closed to the Coco Park shopping centre, also quite a few small eateries closed by where you can walk to easily.

First day the room smell like someone has been smoking in it, probably should air out and turn on the aircon prior.
