I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! First of all, the location is perfect – it’s very close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning, we were treated to an excellent and varied breakfast with plenty of options to choose from – it was a great way to start the day. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night, but they greeted us with a smile and quickly checked us in. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making us feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely return!

The only small downside was that we stayed in February, and the weather was quite chilly. We found it a bit difficult to adjust the air conditioning to warm up the room properly. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a little uncomfortable at times.

the Rooms are big and clean. the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. got an upgrade to the golf course view room . the view is fantastic. special mention for Mr.Jack Li - Director of guest service. Mr. Li has gone out of his way and beyond to make my stay comfortable . as the language is a barrier not only while speaking but also while using the apps for booking tickets, taxis, ordering food, etc.. mr. Li helped me in many ways and many times all the while being patient and with a smile. he also helped me to find the fastest and best way to get Hongkong from Shenzhen and even helped speaking to the customer support and booking my tickets for the journey to make sure the stay is close to the exhibition center. there is a supermarket, pharmacy, KFC, very close

a small drawback was the location. its in a residential neighbourhood. very safe but still things close down early. but the malls and restaurants are close by. a short taxi ride away. also it has only 1 restaurant which closes pretty early.

There was a great selection for breakfast especially taking into account it was included in the price. The location was walkable to Coco Park. Everything was quite new. I wasn’t looking for a luxury stay so this hotel was perfect; comfortable, clean, spacious. The room had both soft and firm pillows, which was a nice added detail, very good black out blinds.

The pool wasn’t open. There was dirty water in the pool with moss and plastic floating in it.

Hotel is relatively new. Staff upgraded us to a room with the view to the golf course so we had an amazing view. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast options were really good. Location was quiet and there were some restaurants and convenient shops nearby hotel.

It is about 15 minutes walk from metro station or Shopping Centre. Hotel is located within a residential complex, some taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel entry.

Value for money. Quiet, cosy and neat. About 12 minutes walk to coco park, a great mall with a good selection of restaurants. Safe district. As there are a few government offices around. Hotel had a golf course beside and high end residential units. Good spread of breakfast and spacious room.

Wifi is not strong in the facility.

Hotel is very clean. Check-in, check-out was fast. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was good. Room had good design. Nice view from our room and from the dining hall.

There was not much to explore within 500meter vicinity. Nearest train station is about 20 min walk away. But if you're willing to take a cab, it's great.

Breakfast is good with non veg options, for vegetarians they have little options but still overall is good, staff is also very helpful, there is available wify but not working.

Great hotel, with great location. Room was pretty big and clean, breakfasts were tasty, gym equipped with sufficient training gear to do great workout

Well reception couldn't speak English, but that was not a huge problem since everyone of us can use translator apps those days!

Clean and tidy. The hotel manager is multilingual, approachable and sought to resolve my concerns.

Wasn’t easy to reach members of the hotel staff by phone; a recording is played and unbeknownst to me only select key words will transfer the call to an operator.

Breakfast was good loved the noodles stand and the food was great, room was clean with a great view perfect location, and a free laundry room was awesome

Breakfast was good, but please add cold water as an option. The only issue was people would try to open the door when I am resting and sleeping and that would wake me up.
