Some smells of cigarettes from time to time maybe from the ventilation.. If you end up in a smoking it’s disgusting. And some rooms have great views while other are nothing at all facing the office building next door.

Everything. The staff is just amazing, they help you navigate the city. The place is amazing too, very clean and beautifully designed. Have nothing to point out, only that was an amazing experience and I recommend it.

Sauna was out of order, otherwise fitness facilities were a bit lacking, would love a swimming pool

Bedsheets and pillowcases had some tears and stains, not close to a metro so have to cab everywhere
