Facilities were new and very clean. Spacious room with great view, there were various choice of pillows to meet guests' needs, bed was comfy. Love the hair dryer and the alarm clock. The hotel should consider adding these 2 items to sell at the souvenir corner. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location with the underground train station just at the door front of the hotel.

Nothing much around the area, mostly business buildings, but not a big issue as the underground train station is just around the corner, shopping mall is just one station away.

Excellent breakfast with a big variety also for European guest. The hotel rooms are located at the 32-45 floor. Street noise is nearly not existing. Nearby is a big shopping mall and a lot of food shops. The bed is not to hard and not to soft. Water pressure and climate control are excellent. Good choice for Business and holiday. The staff at the reception speaks good english and they are really helpful.

The room is really spacious and well decorated. The view outside of our window is amazing and the staff is very helpful and polite.

Sound proof is not good enough. We can hear the kids from next door all the time. Also the coffee from breakfast is kinda bad :(

Spacious room

I order online item and recipient didn’t deliver to me . After spending more than two hour investigating with the driver they convince that one of their staff take the item and lost it. And they even didn’t apologize .

Good location and with several restaurants around. The subway provides easy access everywhere. THe views of the room were spetacular.

Somehow, for the price I paid, I expected a much better room. The room is ok, but not luxury.

Very comfortable, the swimming pool is a highlight (note: a swimming hat is required, which can be also bought at the pool area).

View, location, everything perfect.

This is the only hotel i waited 20 minutes to enter to have breakfast. Restaurant is very small for the capacity the hotel!

Ac was not working in room, high humidity and the hotel had to bring a portable dehumidifier

All staff was extremely polite and helpful (especially at the reception and lounge) - more than one normally expects.

There was no Spa.

Good environment & staff service is very good. Especially Club lounge staff name - Alina, she is very friendly and helpful.
