Room is a bit outdated but clean. Near to metro and nice Lichee park nearby, a lot of eatery and market within walking distance. The best is having washing machine and dryer for free usage. Breakfast is also good. Better if can open earlier like 6:30 am instead of 7 am. Overall I like my staying in this hotel, with connecting room with my elderly mother for 5 days. I may come back to here if visiting shenzhen

Bed is a bit too soft.

- rooms are spacious, well-lit, clean, comfortable and provide plenty of drinking water. - the bathroom was complete with a bath tub and all necessary amenities. - the TV is clear and has a wide range of channels to enjoy. - the beds are soft and comfortable to sleep on. - strong shower pressure and readily available hot water for shower. - the location of the hotel was great as it is only a 5 mins walk from a Line 9 metro station.

- the fragrance used in the hotel lobby is not favourable and gives off a very bad smell in my opinion. - the outflow from the bathroom is very slow. So, it often floods when I take a shower. - the building for breakfast looks abandoned and dark - not a lot of breakfast options around the hotel for people to explore. - the gym and swimming pool in the hotel were quite small.

The Auntie was very friendly, despite language difference. They always smile and make sure i had enough water and drinks. Great location and close to many places and easy access.

Humid smell, but maybe its because its coastal. They need to do something. The waiting area needs more furniture to cover the empty space. I nearly cancelled as I could not get confidence with the reception area.

Location is nicely located in city centre, next to the hotel there's this Badeng street with plenty of delicious food. Hotel is adequately cleaned, room is sizeable and amenities are okay

Not that many choices for breakfast, I suppose they may Have more continental/western choices for breakfast, the only thing I manage to eat is bread and a bit of egg dishes. Room air conditioner felt like faulty one, which my room wasn't chilled enough to be easily fell asleep at night

The staff at the hotel was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Translation apps are a great tool for everyone these days and are brilliant when Chinese and English language skills are imperfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Remote from the 'hub' of any activity although taxis are plentiful and cheap.

the path from the subway to the hotel is completely not friendly to travellers with luggage, like it is really bad Internet needs a lot of improvement, it is sometimes very slow, and hangs, making it hard to do work on the computer 番茄炒蛋真的很失败，而且是你们中国的特色普通菜

I love everything in the room as I have got an upgraded by the hotel when I checked in. It was a very big suite for myself. Breakfast buffet has more food than I expected.

It was a little difficult to walk from station to the hotel as I had to travel via line 1 at the underground. Also the area is a little quiet and lack of restaurants.

Great big room with lots of space. Bathtub was a huge hit with my son as well. Enjoyed the happy decor of the room, and the fact that it had a separate sitting room, with a couch. Staff very helpful and friendly too!

Only problem was location of the hotel, it's not quite near Futian train station, and a little too far from Luohu border station as well. However, hotel is just a few hundred meters from a subway station, and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel is near metro and Subway. There's a huge local market behind the hotel. All kinds of food. Grocery Or massage parlor available. The huaqiangbei market is 15 min walk and 2 min bus. I mostly book dd and cost me 12 yuan.

I paid 500 Yuan. It was without breakfast. I could get a same or good hotel in that price with breakfast.

Great location. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff can speak English and were always very helpful. Budget friendly accommodation.
