Excellent location, walking distance to Laojie station. Lots of shops and food around. Enjoyed the breakfast. It has a wide selection of food and drinks.

Everything was fine, except the mattress of the sofa bed was a little thin, thus a little uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, near shopping malls and 10 second walk to Laojie metro station exit H. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and amenities. Quiet room, not on the side of the street.

Breakfast compared with other 4 star hotels is quiet limited. I only had 2 of the 4 days Breakfast here. Limited space, can be quiet busy. Carpet could use a deep clean or replacement. Lights could be brighter, had to do some work on my laptop but light was too dim. Not able to increase brightness. Don't confuse this hotel with the Grand Hyatt or Hyatt Regency! Then you'll be able to manage your expectations lol Minor details I noticed: -Walls in bathroom had patches of paint to perhaps tidy up the wall or something, quiet noticeable, would not expect this from a 4 star hotel. Though obviously that didn't make my stay less comfortable. -room could do with a couple hooks to hang clothing or jackets instead of hanging inside the closet.

Location is fantastic, MRT is just below the hotel. Breakfast is really good with new menus daily. Very friendly staff who is observant to cater to your needs. Room is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect. Reception is on the 6th floor, the staff at the hotel entrance (ground floor) is exceptionally helpful and provides good information and even help us to look out for the Didi car that we booked. Highly recommended to stay at this place, especially it's so close to the walking street.

Could not find any. If I were to nitpick, then the only thing is there is no shelter between Hotel entrance to MRT entrance. However, this is not the Hotel's fault, it's the building design itself.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff refused to speak English to me (even though I made the booking) but were friendly to my friends who spoke mandarin. Included breakfast made the stay a good value for money. The omelette at breakfast was fresh and yummy. Good location close to MTR and walking street

1. This hotel has a lot of spaces area. 2. The location is awesome and near all the shopping mall and restaurants area. 3. The breakfast is good and delicious 4. The counters staffs is friendly to answer all our questions and queries. And also help us to make appointments with the spa massage therapist. 5. The lobby security is friendly all the times. Will stay here again next trip.

1) A distance walk to the hotel hobby and room. 2)TV connection is not well. 3) Pillow is too soft so we asked for extra 4 pillows 4) I will suggest to book directly through the official hotel websites instead of booking comm. As booking comm has hidden tax and cost. As we paid extra chargers during our stayed.

Everything about the hotel from staff to breakfast to facilities and location were superb. My family had the best stay here, and it was peaceful at night. The staff were very polite and helpful to guide us how to commute around Shenzhen via train. They also suggested places to visit. The location was super convenient, Lao jie station was just next door and Dong Men Ding Plaza and food haven was nearby. We had lots of good food there.

Location was great just above the metro Laojie exit H & next to a mall. Only 2 metro stops away from Shenzhen railway / luohu. Easy base to explore Dongmen old street where there are alot of food and wholesale shopping malls. The underground shopping area was good also. Will stay here again if visiting Shenzhen.

booking only came with 1 breakfast free which was not indicated & only found out when checking in. need to top up additional for another breakfast

I initially booked the King room but was upgraded to the Speciality King room with sofa bed and it was amazingly clean and new! I would definitely recommend this hotel and particular that room to anyone going to Shenzhen. I even wanted to stay and live in that room to tell you how clean and comfortable it was!! I will by the way try the other Hyatt hotels countries to compare if they are as good as the one in Shenzhen.

They had some international channels such as CNN and HBO, so maybe could add some more but the cleanliness and comfort of the room outweigh this..

Good location. Tired furniture but large and clean room. Nice view from the room. Breakfast was good enough and I had very tasty congee everyday. I like individual air-conditioning.

At first, the receptionist man who barely speaks English made a mistake by changing me the breakfast which was already paid for. In the end, the other women clarified it with no problem. No in room hair dryer, but you can probably ask for it.
