We were greeted by Mr zhou at the reception who was very friendly and had a better understanding of English which made our life easier. . The hotel is very clean and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was just super. Definitely recommend others to stay in this property as it’s centrally located to major facilities

the staff was good, i can communicate with them in cantonese. Theres no language barrier. Beds are comfy

at my first night, the room smells cigarette although i have requested a non smoking room but after i have informed the front desk to spray perfume the next day, the ciggy smell was gone.

Very nice for the money spent, especially after staying in Hong Kong. Only things were the hallways smell of cigarette smoke, and getting a washing machine in the free laundrette can be difficult. But it was a great hotel. I especially liked the high tech lights and curtain systems.

The hotel is located in a central location, very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Upgraded our rooms with no extra charge. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Only down side was the wifi connection,we had trouble hooking up to it.

Location is perfect, away from the crowded places but at the same time, not too far. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is wonderful, full of positive vibes and energy. Always ready to help. Special thanks to Peipei who helped me in explaining the menu to restaurant from her home,even when she was on leave. :) Housekeeping also wonderful, Provide you whatever you need, some extra stuff from kitchen, toolsets. Highly recommended..

The amenities of the hotel are great. All digital features, large room, excellent transparent bathroom. Location : 20 minutes walk from pedestrian street, right next to metro station, exit D2.

Breakfast was not for my taste.

Good location and closed to metro station. A guy in the front office ( forgot his name ) was very nice and helpful.

The second day we stayed the room service didn't clean the room properly.

Fabulous hotel, we always stay here we we travel to Shenzhen,right by a metro station, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by
