The location is great. A few meters from Luohu train station. There are many eateries around. The staff have gadgets that help with the translation thus making it easy to communicate. The free laundry facility is also a plus.

The ventilation in the room is not adequate enough and there is a little stench in the corridors that the management need to address.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better — right next to the train station (Luohu), which made getting around incredibly easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring modern touches like automatic curtains. I especially appreciated the bathroom layout, with a great shower, a separate sink area, and a separate toilet — very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Another big plus was the option to leave my luggage after check-out, which made my last day much more comfortable. Overall, I loved my stay and would absolutely return.

The only very minor downside was that the window glass could have been a bit cleaner — but that’s a small detail in an otherwise excellent experience.

The rooms are impressively high-tech. I really loved the lighting setup—it’s so convenient to switch between reading, working, or sleeping modes with just one button. Everything is designed for ease and comfort. The toiletries were plentiful, and the bathrobes, towels, and spacious shower added a real touch of luxury. Overall, these details made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is also decent, though not perfect, but good enough for convenience. There is a laundry and drying room, which was very convenient for a longer stay.

The breakfast options were very limited, not ideal for anyone looking for a substantial start to the day. There’s also no pool and, as far as I could tell, no gym either. Only one elevator was working, and there was an unpleasant odor in the building. It’s also a pity that the staff doesn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging.

Location is very good specially if you want to visit Hong Kong or Macau.You can go on foot to Hong Kong border. Rooms are nice. Bed confortable. Laundry room free of charge.

There ia no any TV channel. You can prwss ok, but nothing happened.I asked and they firstly said ..."we will come ro room to fix". But they didn't come.After half an hour I came back down to desk. Then they told me that they do not have. At least they can say that at the first place.

The hotel may looked mundane from outside, the presentation of front desk and lobby is probably nothing to boast about too, but most importantly the room is quite good and satisfying. The breakfast place is not big but the variety of the food is quite pleasing for me personally. Credit to the guy wearing specs who look after the food and the breakfast place I think he is taking his job seriously, always attentive to making sure food are sufficient and properly presented, also tried his very best to fulfil customers request.

Too bad that there was construction on the road right outside the hotel during our stay, the work didn’t happen throughout the night of course, but the metal plate they used to cover the road have produced loud knocking noise when every single vehicle passing through all night long. Didn’t sleep well, pure bad luck I guess.

Located just a few minutes from the train station, this hotel requires a brief walk, including some stairs to the left of the mall to cross the railroad. The path felt a bit sketchy due to the lack of people, but it was safe. Unfortunately, Google Maps didn’t pinpoint the exact location, and only taxi drivers could guide us there accurately. The building's exterior looked terrible, making us consider canceling and finding another hotel. However, the room was clean, had USB chargers, and we decided to stay. The breakfast, though, was very poor. They do accept Visa cards.

This is a fairly decent hotel, though not one person spoke any English (I know....I was in China etc.) but usually at hotels in China I've stayed before someone speaks a bit of English to help proceedings. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, though that is most probably my (plus other guests) fault as we turned up at 07.00 and we later found out it opened at 07.30. Once you've worked out the subway exit to take the location is good. Yes, I most probably would stay there again.

it's just opposite Shangri-la. follow tunnel to Shangri-la upon exit c n turn left when you reach a split. the roll up staircase to Paco is much better than Shangri-la. breakfast is superb and they change the menu daily. we know cos we stayed 7 nights.

one lift was broken but it was being fixed the day we checked out. everything looks brand new. it's open about 2 years. beware of clogging toilets.

Convenient location, 10 min walk via sheltered under pass to Luo Wu checkpoint to Hong Kong

Construction going on at the main road. Didi unable to stop directly at hotel door step. A little effort to carry own luggage across the uneven pathment due to construction works and need to be careful where to step my feet. .

Breakfast and staff

Everything was good, there was some construction going on in front of hotel, which made the entry a bit normal, everything else was perfect and that construction is also something that was not in hotel's control.
