At first we got a room which was oudated and a mirror was broken. After remarks we got upgraded to far more better room. Don't book the breakfast pack, it's not worth it. Nearby are plenty of cafe's and restaurant which you can choose from. The location is good with many means of transportation to choose from. Staff is very helpful.

The first room was outdated, carpet not too clean. You can see the hotel has been around during the old Kai Tak Airport and probably was superb then. Those days are long gone.

Room a little bit small.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, with a 7-Eleven just two blocks away for all necessities and the MTR within a short and refreshing walk, making travel around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptional, assisting with MTR maps and directions, while housekeeping thoughtfully provided extra blankets when it got chilly. The complimentary upgrade to two single beds was perfect for a mother-daughter trip. Highly recommend this place for its perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service! I will be back. Thank you everyone!!!

Best value for my trip; the room is spacious, water pressure is strong, and the staff are super friendly. Lots of authentic local restaurants are within walking distance. I was able to take the bus and MTR to travel to other places. House cleaning was done every day, and two bottles of water were given daily.

As other mentioned, the hotel is a bit old and need some renovations. There's no heater in the room and it gets really cold during winter. (during my stay the temperature dropped to 6c at night). Breakfast buffet is optional with an additional cost, but the options are very limited.

The hotel itself is a bit old. Due to the pandemic, one one cafe remains open. Basic amenities are provided. It is really close to a major bus transfer point, and the walk to the MTR is a bit far. Overall, it is good value for the money. The Kowloon Walled City Park is close by. There are lots of excellent Thai restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The carpet can be cleaner, and the bathroom has a bit of some black scum over the grout.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the room is very comfortable and spacious, and honestly the full-sized fridge is a nice bonus (but redundant since there’s also a mini fridge). The bathroom is also comfortable and clean. The wifi is not bad and the hotel restaurant and bar was good. The self-service laundry room was also convenient. The location is also very nice as it’s only walking distance from the station, restaurants, convenience stores, and other establishments. There’s also a bus that stops just 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Our room didn’t have the best view. The carpets in the room were also dusty. We found a glasses case under the bed so it shows that they’re not that thorough when cleaning. There weren’t that many sockets either so you would need to bring an extension cord if you’re a big group using a room. I also didn’t like that there was no socket in the bathroom since I couldn’t use my curling iron with a mirror, but they have a built in hairdryer in the bathroom so that was okay.

Accessible from the airport to the hotel and vise versa, we just took a bus (A22) and the bus stop is 2mins walk to the hotel. Beds are comfortable and clean. Overall, this hotel is reasonable price and in a decent location.

Hotel is old already, no flat iron included in room amenities. During our first night upon entering the room it smells cigarettes (our room is in Level 5), but disappeared the following day.

We stayed at Regal Oriental and another hotel in our 3 weeks visit to Hong Kong so we can compare the 2 hotels. Regal is much spacious and comfortable. Whilst Regal is not as close to city it’s located in a much cleaner place than the other hotel.

The only shortfall of Regal is it doesn’t have a fridge which is highly recommended however small the fridge is especially we are in the middle of summer.
