Great location, modern feel with everything you need. Staff were mostly helpful, ATM on the corner, so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance, including McDonalds we used the wifi if we needed. Taxi cater mainly for families of 4, so this was a minor problem for us, we used Uber instead. From the hotel we manged to get to Disneyland, The Golden Computer Arcade, The Peak, Star ferry, Hong Kong Island, Ladies market, Temple street market and Kai Wai stadium - which was perfect distance to walk.

Only complaint was the taxis of 4 - this was a small problem for a family of 5 and occasionally the language but thats the joys of travelling, we just muddled through :-)

Stayed in iPlus Twin Room from Feb 19-24 2025. If u are coming from HKIA, take Airport Line, change to MTR at Tsing Yi and again at Nam Cheong to arrive at To Kwa Wan. Head to exit D1 at To Kwa Wan. Once arrived at road level, turn left. At the open space/garden look left across the road and u should see the sign for the hotel. The room is small but if u organise properly (we left some smaller stuff and bags on the window ledge) it is quite comfortable. Room is clean and bright and toilet is a bit cramped but enough space to place the toiletries. Shower water pressure is strong. There are local eateries, McDonald's, Welcome supermarket and fruit stores within 100m of hotel. They provide coffee machines and some toast for breakfast on the 2nd floor. U can also buy back and have your meals there. There are washing machines/dryers and a small exercise corner on the 2nd floor too. U can get around Kowloon and Hong Kong Island via the MTR from To Kwa Wan although u have to change train. We thought the front desk staff was a bit uninterested.

It was a steal for the location, warm simple breakfast, 24 hrs coffee n water dispenser. Location to the To Qwa Wan MTR and also allows us to venture into not so touristy part of Hong Kong. Walking to the Old Animal Quarantine facility now an Artsy area and also the KaiTak Stadium is an amazing experience. Within the KaiTak Stadium there are a few malls. Getting to the airport by public transport was a breeze from Hung Hom MTR where we took the aiport express bus at the terminal. The housekeeping staff was very polite and warm. For the price in HK is really value for money.

Hot water, warm water, cold water and coffee 24/7. Very good and the area is open tor relaxation with good scenery and ventilation. And gym equipment. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, lifts are fast no need to wait long. Everyday wash toilets and change towels. Location tor transport to town is convenient.

I have been to similar hotels with simple breakfast. Would be good if you could consider to ensure everyone has the same value of breakfast. Eg every room per guest is Entitled to one portion of the same breakfast so that people who came later have the same instead of just toast and butter and jam. The last 3 days we went earlier and found out you have croissants and cupcakes. But some people took extras so not enough for every guest.

We live 5 minutes from this hotel and needed a convenient place to stay for 5 days while our apartment was being repaired. I have lived in this neighbourhood 20 years and know it well. it is safe, local and very convenient. The hotel is perfect if you match expectations with what is offered. The rooms are decently appointed but not big. That should be fine because the rate is very reasonable. The view East on a high floor is absolutely spectacular. There are many good local restaurants nearby. The coffee offered all day is good. Bring in your own pastries. Forget using the gym. I will use this hotel to accommodate certain visitors in the future. I am in the local travel business and know all the alternatives very well. Don’t stay here if you want a 5 Star luxury experience. otherwise it’s good vale for money.

Hotel's location is very near to transportation. MTR and bus stop. It is also near convenience store like 7/11 and Watsons. It is worth to stay in this hotel specially with the good price. Me and my wife will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We were asked if the beds shall be combined into one bed and the hotel confirmed, however, the bed was not set when we arrived. The bathroom tiles is slippery so we suggest having a mat or to change the tiles.

I was looking for a clean, small, and valuable room close to the stadium to watch the HK Sevens, and that is exactly what I got. Therefore, I was very happy with my stay. Additionally, there are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and subway and bus stations around the hotel, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Once again, I got exactly what I was looking for.

Breakfast was simple and good. Staff was helpful. Washing machine and dryer looks new, clean and well maintained. Location was near MTR and express bus to and from airport.

Really close to MTR and bus station. Although there is construction beside the property, it is not noisy and really quiet at night.

Lifts are packed and insufficient during peak hours. Staircase doesn’t lead to the ground floor, quite confusing. Room is small, but it’s a comfortable place.
