Location is within 10 minutes of walking distance over the bridge to the other side of the ride. ( turn left after coming out of station and go up the escalator ) . On leaving there is another route to luohu station on a flatter ground do ask the receptionist. The rooms is a good size, with a bath and storage room, the temperature is always kept warm. Laundry facilities in 9th Floor it costed us 23 for a load including drying, The hotel is closed to all amenities for food and shopping as well as travelling to other area or China,

We could do with Tea bags coffee sachets in the room as the room offer a kettle but no cups. No shampoo and hair conditioner offered,. English speaking receptionist is not readily available.

The location is actually close to train station, metro from Hong Kong and Shenzhen metro make it easy to get around if you can speak Chinese. However the hotel name in Chinese is "Futian" if you asked Chinese people Felicity hotel they will have no idea. Tip: Google map doesn't work there, use iPhone map App will help to get directions.

The staff cannot reply you in English if you email and asked them information. The staff at lobby didn't explain about the breakfast if you don't ask. Luckily I had Chinese friends check in the same day so she helped me with some language barrier.

I'd rate my stay at the Felicity Hotel as 12+ but the system doesn't allow more than 10. Very convenient location - 5 min walk from Luohu border crossing, metro station and shopping mall. Friendly and competent staff are always ready to help with any problem. A huge room equipped with everything that guests may need: kettle with tea and coffee, ironing equipment, safebox, even umbrella and needles and threads. Perfect breakfast with a large selection of dishes. 24/7 7-eleven store on the ground floor if you need to buy something.

Furniture is old. And it would be useful to add a photo of the hotel building as it is seen from the pedestrian bridge from Luohu border crossing: Google maps work bad here and I needed to ask a few people to find it for the first time.

Grand hotel building with a 711 store inside. Close to the metro, although the hotel is hard to find. Go left directly after exciting from lo wu, go up the escalator and then on the bridge you see the hotel. Then go walk to the right and you will arrive. Many important people have stayed in this hotel as you can see near the elevator! Beautiful hotel with a great view

It was a bit hard to find if you don’t know where to go.

We were upgraded from a larger queen room to a 1 bedroom suite with a spacious bathroom and an extra toilet. Our 3 nights stay was very comfortable. The suite was very large and clean, a bit older style. The view looked over to the railway station. We chose this location to be close to transport from Hong Kong and the bus station for buses further into China. Was within walking distance from the Luohu shopping centre, but we had some difficulty with heavy luggage. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and location. Was good value for money especially for the upgraded suite.

Very nice hotel close to border.

1. Very hard to go there bcs many reconstruction so hotel should send some maps how to go there from border. 2. Hotel can not make Invoice for company and give me for my name only.. 3. very por English on reception so shouldn't be like this in 5 star hotel 4. breakfast very poor for Europan people. 5. Lift working horrible. sometimes 15 minutes waiting for lift

My stay period had too many guests. Elevators are packed and slow moving Not much to do or shop around hotel outside Room light switches a little confusing

Had stayed there the year before without A VPN because of the block on all American tech sites , so this year had my VPN , wechat etc , but low & behold my VPN wouldn't work on hotel wifi , big problem for me getting around Shenzhen without maps & Translation tool ,

The hotel room was good, the staff were very helpful. Also the 7-11 convenience for little items we need.

The hotel was very near the railway station, but to walk, we need to go around. There is construction going on, hopefully in the future they install an escalator for the crosswalk, The taxi also has to go around as many crossing have barriers.

Amazing location right infront of the train station,the food was great and the staff are amazing

The gym is very poorly equipped and all the machines were broken,no a.c in the gym,also the pillows and the matresses were really bad,overall its a very decently priced t star hotel
