My room was ready as early as 12:30pm and allowed for late check-out till 4pm. Although the exterior of the building looks old, the interior of the king suite on club floor is nicely renovated. The room is very clean and spacious with a nicely designed living room and an additional toilet for a family of 4. The bed and sofa are comfortable. Staff at concierge are helpful and polite. The location is convenient and centrally located, and very close to Dongmen pedestrian street. The buffet breakfast at 50/F was amazing, with a fantastic view which oversees the nearby area, and there was wide selection of food choices.

The dining area at club lounge was small, snacks provided during afternoon tea were not refilled.

Proximity to Luohu border (from Hong Kong) therefore very convenient (1 metro stop), and the KingGlory Mall is a 5 min walk with everything you need (shops, restaurant, and B2 level connects to metro line 1). Location is great! Rooms are spacious, and well furnished. Breakfast is buffet style mainly Chinese foods but overall great quality. All staff we encountered were super helpful.

No concierge desk but they put 2 guidebooks in the room which is great to read. The metro is very extensive and we traveled everywhere on the metro.

Paid for hotel room which needed paid deposit and then check out paid again. not good

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially William director of F&B who was always so helpful at the restaurants, and all the girls at the executive lounge. We had 3 kids and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the kids and any requests we had. The rooms were lovely and clean. The food in the food studio restaurant was lovely, and the selection for breakfast was fantastic, so much to choose from. And the breakfast up at the sky paradise was amazing with the view!

The lift system to get to the sky paradise restaurant was a bit annoying having to change elevators but I understand it’s an old building so can’t be helped

Updated hotel and now looks pretty modern. A lot of marble. There is restaurant on 50 floor and it rotates although when we have breakfast up there on Saturday it did not rotate. Good view of city. Thanks to Martin Poon with excellent service! Short walk to subway at the shopping mall and it is one stop to Luohu border to Hong Kong. If you take taxi it is rmb 12 plus any extra for large luggage.

Generally the breakfast is good. But some foods are warm only when it is supposed to be hot, like congee. Was trying to book a day trip out of town but the manager raised price later in the day so we decided to cancel the day trip. Went on our own.

Location convenient as close to subway station. Also big shopping mall close by, and lots of eateries. Breakfast is excellent. Walk out at night and there is lots of buzz in the neighborhood (in a good way), around the shopping mall. Also close to Luohu border.

Please note that this location is far from "downtown" business area (which is Futian). No indoor swimming pool.

Location is excellent. A large shopping centre is close by (KingGlory) and subway stop is accessed in the B2 level of the shopping centre. Overall it is a nice hotel and we have stayed here multiple times. We like it because it is close to Luohu border.

If you need to travel to Futian then it takes 30 minutes.

The breakfast is awesome and the view from the 50th floor is fantastic. Gym open 24hrs and walking distance to LauJie about 500m. Taking taxi around 3km. Private Lounge is quiet and relaxing.

The lounge serves the food only till 7.30pm. As we arrived there at 7.40pm and no more food to enjoy. A bit disappointed.

Nice room and excellent location

long check-in process, we requested for connecting room and was told that the rooms were not ready after we waited 30mins. So we roamed around and got back to hotel around 7pm and told the booking was not found and spent another 10mins before front desk got us the rooms.

Loved that the breakfast was on the 50 floor on the weekends. Suites were nice and big.

Some rooms might need a little upgrade.
