Clean. Quiet. Location near the Laojie station, exit F/G. In Dongmen area, lots of restaurants and food options. Entertainment area.

Name on the outside of the hotel is CM+ service apartments instead of what is mentioned on Booking.com, so might give some issues if you’re trying to find it through navigation apps. Certain rooms no windows.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CM Service Apartment Shenzhen Dongmen. The location is excellent and close to shopping , restaurants and subways. I stayed at the Executive Studio Apartment on 6th Floor with a lovely view of the Dongmen area. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with Microwave oven, good sized refrigerator complete with tableware and even a rice cooker. Best of all the staff especially Doreen , Vivi , Lili , David and Mr Pai have been super helpful and friendly. I will certainly come back for a return visit soon.

There is nothing that I don't like

Perfect location with many options for shopping and dining venues, all within walking distance. Laojie train station to get to anywhere is so near with many entrances/exits to street level, also linked to shopping malls. This is a great spot to experience both the old and new offerings of Dongmen district. We were allocated with a top floor room and it was so quiet, perfect rests throughout our stay. Loved the wide shower cubicle and spotless room. Concierge, cleaners and maintenance staff were all polite and helpful. One night duty concierge staff really went above and beyond to ensure that we were picked up by our booked taxi on the street. Keep up the good work!

The small breakfast spread has nothing that appealed to us, we headed out to great bakeries in malls for the rest of our breakfasts. They could have considered to increase more westernised fare.

Although most of the staff doesn't speak english, they are very willing to help however they can via Google Translate. The room provided lots of seating and the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is good if you want to be near Dongman Market, and mere steps from a metro station.

The "AI" or whatever it is in the room is difficult to work if you don't know Chinese, which made it inconvenient to manage things like the lights, curtain, and especially room temperature, which seemed to reset itself sometimes. While not a problem with the hotel, it's worth noting that, while this area has a lot of places to eat and shop, it is far from many other parts of the city most people visit, so in that way it's a bit inconvenient. Shenzhen is so big that it takes over an hour to go from one end to the other by metro.

The service was good as we were always greeted by the staff when they saw us. The location was excellent with everything you need (lots of food and shopping) within walking distance. The entrance is located at the rear of the building which you cannot see from the street, but the signange and staff member at the front helped direct us to reception. The room looks exactly like the pictures and was clean and spacious. If you are Mandarin speaking, you can also use the voice activation in the room.

The room did not have a full length mirror and the WiFi required a mobile number verification.

The apartment is very near to Laojie Metro station (green line) which is the third stop from Louhu metro station (just after clear the immigration of HK-China border). There are several exit gates in Laojie which just walk-distance from the location. I like the cleanliness, design, and smart-room facilities. Frontliner staff despite not good enough in English, but always willing to help (I use google translate). Wifi was good even though not too useful due to the some restriction access (that's why I prefer to use my own eSIM for internet access). Near to Dongmen pedestrian street, the center of crowd, which many shops, food, malls and supermarket. Highly recommended.

Almost nothing. There was an construction activities in the building. However they can manage very well. There were a clear signage to reach the location, no chaos and we can still sleep well (not noisy)

Very clean and well located right next to Sun Plaza Department Store and the famous Dongmen Pedestrian street. Staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and always greeted with a smile. There is some construction work downstairs and in the area, but it's during controlled times and there is a notice to all guests about the noise, but honestly, we barely heard anything! Will highly recommend and also easily accessible to transport and taxis. A bonus is that there's a gym on the 9th floor for all guests to use.

Location, it's literary next door to the Dongmen Street. Very convenient with the Laojie Train Station (exit F), just 5 minutes away. Many food options nearby. Room and bed are clean and comfortable. Having a washing machine is very handy after a week of travel. The service staff at breakfast were amazing, we were late and they accommodated us.

Nothing for me but do note that the high step to bathroom could be problem for seniors with weak legs.

Good location. TongMen-LaoJie MTR exit F ( long staircases) or Exit H, cut thru the basement shopping street, Escalator up/down to street level.it open 10am close 9:30pm. The Escalator entrance is a police post. Cross the road ,look up to building can see CM serviced apartments壹棠服務公寓..police post nearby is MacDonald. 東門美食街.is happening street at night and weekend. HiTech serviced apartments.

Loved that the room was spacious, equiped with a kitchenette and laundry facilities. We could properly spread out and relax after each day of exploring. Newly furnished and clean. Located near fantastic food options, shopping and Laujie metro station. Very helpful staff. It really made our whole stay enjoyable.

Not really a dislike, it was expected with the location being next to Dong Men Pedestrian Street. Sounds of the vibrant street performances start to quiet down by 8pm.
