It was a very different hotel experience. It was very pleasant to walk by the lake within the site where the hotel is located. Also, the hotel's proximity to the airport is a great advantage. It is very successful in terms of cleanliness and the hotel's breakfast is very rich and has a traditional Chinese taste. If you want to go to the city center by metro, you can go to the metro stop after a 10-minute walk and go anywhere you want in Shenzhen. The city's metro infrastructure was also quite extensive.

Their reception team is great , they patiently helped to resolve all my queries . They organised a taxi to pick me up and drive back to the airport. I loved the location , the building , and the room they gave to me and a Feng shui park around the building. I wish I stayed there for longer! I loved the breakfast too , I wish I took a photo of dishes names so that I can find it elsewhere. *** for travellers taking a taxi , use this address: “Taihuawutongdao southeast gate” otherwise it might not be easy for a driver to find the entrance . A taxi from the airport is 27yuan. And a taxi to the Center : 40-100 yuan depending on a distance and time of the day .

No such thing

The room was nice enough, comfy beds and we liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The toiletries were really nice, and had everything we needed in the room. There was some calligraphy practising papers in the room too which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, typical Chinese breakfast with dumplings, noodles, sweet potatoes and vegetables. The reception area was comfortable and there are books to rent as well as a piano. The location is fine for the airport, we wanted to be near for our flight hope so it was perfect and the hotel offered a free shuttle to take us. Staff were helpful and friendly and communicated using Google translate. We didn't explore the area too much because we only had 1 day so can't comment. There is also a gym downstairs below the hotel where you can pay to use it for the day.

I was woken by the smell of cigarettes. Not the hoteks fault bur smoking indoors should be banned because it's extremely unpleasant as a non smoker, especially to be woken by it.

The hotel was clean, close to the airport, arranging airport shuttle was easy. Toiletries were nice, room was simple but we only stayed for a night so was suitable for our needs. Local to restaurants and shops, staff were helpful. Breakfast was included and free water was provided.

Only Chinese breakfast was offered, not much variety but was ok for 1 night.

- the staff were helpful and very kind. Even with language barrier they used Google translate straight away which made it very easy -the room is stunning. Bed very comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay here - I really enjoyed Chinese style breakfast it was delicious

- it was quite hard to find in the dark. Would be nice if there were clear signs to the hotel like there are to the cafe nearby

The room is very cute and cozy! I want to say thanks to stuff for its support and ofhanization free transfer from the airport. Unfortunately, we went through passport control for a very long time and waited for our passports to be returned. When you call, send a minibus for us. the breakfast was wonderful and very tasty.

The view, the room, the details, everything was amazing honestly !

The room was not bad.

The location was hard to find by night. The taxi driver dropped us a few hundreds metres away and we had a hard time find the hotel. It was all dark and no signs, lobby is at the 3rd floor of a building that looked desert. Breakfast only traditional Japanese, not much choice. Staff did not speak English.
