First thing to do when going to Shenzhen China is download Alipay. This app allows you to add your credit card. Can pay for almost everything in China with this app and even order Taxi rides. App is in Mandarin (Chinese) so use google translate. Having a VPN like Surfshark helps alot as google cant be used without it. To the actual place. Check in is a little confusing as its a huge buildings with companies inside that are individually hiring out apartments. Ask them to send Chinese address makes it easier for taxi. Building is called HSBC Building. Go to Floor 5 room 530 to check in. From there everything should be smooth. Staff is Very friendly. They ordered is food (paid them back with alipay) and even helped with ordering taxis when we struggled. Its a decent size apartment for a family of 4. Rooms are upstairs and kitchen and tv / lounge downstairs. Has Two bathrooms. Any problems was also sorted out quickly by staff. Aircon worked welland has washing machine and Dryer. Kitchen has Fridge and Stove. Internet speed was ok View from apartment is nice. place is also near to Shenzhen North Station which allows you to travel to Hong kong Kowloon Station easily. The Shenzhen North Station is about 100 to 200 meters max from the apartment. There is also some good restaurants nearby.

No pots, No cutlery, No Plates, No Microwave. This is ridiculous. You have to go down to floor 5, room 530 to warm your food as there is a microwave. We were staying on Floor 18. And if you ask for cups they give you a few plastic ones. Crazy how its a self catering unit but nothing is supplied in the kitchen to make your self something. Must you travel with pots and plates hahahaha Wifi as mentioned was ok. If you want to stay close to Shenzhen North Station its good. Will prefer next time to stay closer to The electronics market as Traffic can get a bit crazy in Shenzhen making short trips a pit long in a Taxi.

The apartment was great, in a great location for traveling around Shenzhen. There were a good amount of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Although it was an apartment with cooketfand fridge, there was nothing to cook or eat with, there was no pots or pans, no cooking utensils, no plates, bowls, knifes or forks.

The apartment slept 5 people comfortably. There were 3 bathrooms, nice city views and most importantly located so close to Shenzhen North Station (just 100metres away from the apartment building). We got a room on the 21st floor. Check in was really smooth. The apartment had two bathrooms which was really convenient considering we had 5 people sharing the apartment. There was even a washing machine and dryer which was very handy for us. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. 3 air conditioners in the apartment. Full sized fridge and kettle.

There weren’t any utensils, plates or cutlery even though there was a kitchenette.

The room was excellent and massive for the price it offers. The staff is really helpful and courteous. I stayed here for three days and enjoyed every single day. The rooms are clean and spacious.

They just need to provide a pan and utensils for cooking.

The apartment was in an ideal location right next to the train station. It was pretty quiet and accorded us a great stay. There are restaurants at the train station that we enjoyed; The variety was vast. The beds were comfortable. There is need to improve on the cleanliness. It can be better. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in Shenzhen.

Great location - if you arrive by train, follow the sign to P4 carpark. It's a short walk from there. We didn't know and took a 15 min long walk with luggage... It's close to metro and eating place. Room is big. Great to have washer and dryer. Good value for a 2b2b apartment.

The apartment needs proper clean, and the facilities are a bit worn. The drain of the shower in one of the bathrooms is somehow blocked.

The location was fantastic. Go down the escalators from Shenzhenbei station and the building is on the right. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Able to leave bags at the hotel and collect before departure.

Glasses and kitchenware would have been convenient.

The Apartment complex is close to Shenzhen’s main rail station, shops and malls are a minutes away from you, either by subway or by walk, restaurants are close by too. I’ve asked the staff to put the address in mandarin just in case you want to show it to the cab driver. Much easier.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The kitchen is not supplied with cooking utensils. Otherwise, this apartment is perfect for a small family of four.

We loved the service and that it we can cook at the apartment since we really cannot eat from outside. It was a homey and cozy place, and a walkable distance from the railway station and close by areas for shopping by taxi.

It was not too clean but it was good enough, we would have liked if it was more clean.
