Everything, apart from the cigarette problem and dirty windows.
It smelled strongly of cigarettes when I arrived. So Jani changed rooms, but it was the same. After 2 days the smell dissipated and I was finally able to appreciate the room differently. You should prohibit guests from smoking in the rooms. Besides, I didn't find any signs anywhere prohibiting smoking. Too bad it's not prohibited in an establishment as prestigious as yours. It's also a shame that the windows are dirty, so it's impossible to take photos because of that.

The room is nice, the hotel was nice and the cleaning staff was very professional.
the staff working at the reception is not that professional, especially for the first 2-3 days. Every time I spoke to them, they were seating there and watching the phone, even when they were speaking with me, they still focused on their phones. That made me not comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable and our room had a lovely view over the lake. The buffet breakfast in the morning is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
The toilet smelled a little like sewage which made the room quite stinky overnight. As we only stayed one night, the maintenance staff were not able to fix it for our stay.

Front dest person if could speak more English its would be nice for a foreigner customer. Only one guys can speak English well but I think it not enough because night shift still need on guys who’s can speak more English.
