The hotel is new with hi tech facilities. Once we enter the room, the lights are up, the curtain closes automatically, the switches on the walls are lighted up so you know exactly what you want to switch on. There is a small sofa to relax in front of the TV.

In the shower room, it would be good to provide a handle bar or contruct a seat for more comfortable and safer washing as the floor can be slippery.

The hotel room is very clean and all the staff are very polite! Nice smelling too. Another good amenity is the washing machines and dryer, that are so rare in China.

Though a short 5 mins walk from the Tian Jin Station, it’s still rather inconvenient esp for families with young kids and old folks. The route can be very daunting when there are no traffic lights.

The cleaning lady accidentally threw out a plastic bag that contained several small items. One is a memory stick that contains many photo backups. Another is an old hearing aids, also for backups.

Friendly and helpful staffs, who made the stay warm and provided us some suggestions on where to go. Great location next to Tianjin station and 意式风情区. The breakfast serves the local delights in Tianjin, which is a very big plus point.

The location and the breakfast were the best, the room was quite comfortable. The quality is higher than the budget.

The little market at the lobby and the main lobby itself were very small.

The location and the price are very good and the stuff very helpful specially Mr Lin , they will let you feel like you are at home

instructions on finding the location were not clear. Need more detail. ie exit No from the train station.

Walkable distance to places of attraction. Clean environment and have pleasant staff.
