Breakfast was great. Coffee needed to be more easily accessible. I had to ask for a cup. Why not have self-service coffee? Rooms was nice. I liked the location, next to the beach and running path. Really nice.

It would have been nice to have screens on the sliding door, so I could have fresh air without having to worry about mosquitos. I had to ask for coffee packets. None were supplied when I arrived. I would have liked to have swum in the pool, but it was closed.

The hotel facilities were excellent! The staff were attentive and catered to your every need. Alex went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable! Location of the hotel was close to the beach and perfect for families. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and the lobby bar made the best cocktails! A wonderful family vacation! We will definitely be visiting the hotel in the future.

Very frendly staff, nice outdoor incl. swimming pools. Good breakfast incl. variety of juices & wide choices of fruit. Quite place for perfect vacation.

The hotel looked impressive and the beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant but inefficient. Sadly that’s were the positive ends really

The room was freezing and needed dusting when we first got there and they informed us that they had turned off the heating. They did however provide a heater. The food was as poor from breakfast to dinner. Lots of dry food that felt like it had been left out. The most disappointing thing was that despite the forecast being warm , being there in April and over a public holiday, the hotel had drained the pool and we had no information about this prior

We have a few complaints but only to make the hotel better. The first day our room was cleaned but they just made the bed and gave us fresh towels- I had drunk the wine but the small bottle wasn’t replaced and neither were the glasses or the cups after we had made tea and coffee. The 2nd day the room wasn’t cleaned at all so when we got back late after a 20km hike we had to call for towels, water, fresh cups etc. it was frustrating because we had paid so much and couldn’t really get our point across. One morning we put out our towels and suncream at the pool (it was very quiet- no one else by the pool). We went to the beach for about 30 minutes to sit in the shade and when we came back the pool was still empty, our towels had gone and the suncream was no where to be seen. For the price we paid (nearly 800 dollars for 3 nights) I expected more. Despite this we still had a good time but a few things need to improve to make it worth the money.

The indoor pool was good, water temperature is child friendly but other than that nothing really impressed me.

The cleanliness is very poor, when I checked in, the toilet bowl and its cover was still covered with dried urine stain, the floor was cover with dusk. Stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was horrible. Room furniture layout is really child unfriendly. In summary, its the worst Marriott I ever came across.

The room is big and comfortable.

Too crowed and very dirty. People were washing their feet in the swimming pool. There was no WC outside the room and the reception area so the children were urinating everywhere including the pool as well. No English speaking workers beside the HR and the manager. The majority of the restaurant s were closed. The beach is a public one, people from all over the area came to swim and throw their trash ... We are used to the good quality in Marriott but this time we are very disappointed we even cancelled our nights and flew back home.
