Excellent modern property with spacious rooms and excellent location

There was a problem with the bar area. Should be a great meeting place and add revenue to the hotel but it was understaffed and the very nice young people working there really didn’t have the skillset to run this efficiently.

The rooms were lovely. Well equipped and laid out. Breakfast had a great choice.

The pool area could have been really nice, but there were very few seats and the area seemed to have been rented out to children's birthday parties. It made the pool unusable to hotel guests.

Very nice hotel, in front of the beach. Amazing rooms.

Most staff don't speak any English.

Breakfast was very nice - good selection, good lay-out of the restaurant

one morning - during the official chinese holiday - the waiting time to get to breakfast was very long (we went to have something outside instead). It might be useful to consider to use a ballroom as well for breakfast when - during a holiday - it can be expected that crowds will be late and not spread......

The hotel is amazing, lots of space to relax, different hidden places, terraces ... there are roofs over all the terraces so even heavy rains would not disturb there. The personnel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always smiling. The indoor pool is spacious with an area for kids, actually there is a lot of interesting activities for kids. The breakfast is really really good, a selection of European and Asian style dishes, cheeses, pastry, good coffee!

The only problem we've met is the mismatch between the pictures on booking.com and the real rooms. The rooms are amazing, but we didn't have a large window in the bathroom facing the sea. I'm pretty sure the hotel can update information, and then there'll be no misunderstandings.

The hotel was clean and has a good buffet dinner and breakfast.

The scent as you enter the hotel is very strong. This could be changed to be less intense. Suggestion: There was no area to watch the football match, a screen could be added to the bar area.
