IHG nation wide is very good~ Laundry is ready to use but you have to pay 0.01 thru your Wechat account to dry or wash. Sometimes the coin they give you for that laundry doesn't work. In that case, you need to scan the QR code via wechat to use it. Breakfast is included in your room fee. So just get your head up in the morning then come to the 5th floor to dine in.

The only reason that I didn't give a 10 is because the girl who checked me in did not return my passport upon check in; she should have at least called me via the front desk hotline to reach my room in order to notify me that she left the passport at the front desk. I was about to attend my concert, which was the only reason for me to come to Zhengzhou. Then realised oh no!! Where's my passport? I needed that in order to get in the stadium. That was quite bad. Seriously someone from the front desk should've called me but no one did. That was not pleasant.

the breakfast was very good and did the job as expected. I liked the room because it was clean, tidy and quiet. I was most impressed with what the hotel had to offer

to be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay in Zhengzhou because everything there was up to the mark and there was nothing to complain about

Everything was spot on. Good breakfast. There are restaurants within walking distance. The railway station is nearby.

I can be very satisfied overall with the location and the breakfast that was provided for me during my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for other travelers.

There wasn't anything that I disliked there to be honest. It was a great trip overall and the hotel added to those positive feelings I would say.
