The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I'm a native English speaker with limited Spanish, and there wasn't anyone fluent in English, but we made it work. They were patient, understanding, and very helpful, which I genuinely appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the restaurant was lovely as well. The rooms were cleaned every day, and amenities for the bathroom were provided. I had a clear view of the community from my windows and a blackout blind for privacy.

I stayed in November which is Colombia's winter season. A heater in the room would have been helpful.

I was in this area for an event in the nearby convention center. It was conveniently located. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The room was very basic, but met my needs.

The hotel is nice clean staff was friendly. Attentive & repsond right away with any problem we may have. Good and chill location supermarket & restaurants in the corner. Love that. If you get bored eathing breakfast there is a bakery right next to the hotel. Also a place where u can do zumba for 5$ per class not bad.

More variety in breakfast not same thing everyday new building needs some improvement in the rooms no lamp, no fridge and atleast table where you can put your luggage on. Rooms don't have a/c i know is cold outside but would be nice if there was atleast a fan.

Room is big size and hotel is clean.

Wifi is horrible to use for work calling. And breakfast had little options.

Find the hotel was a very hard, The address that you get when search the hotel is not the real address, the hotel is in a complete different location. The staff know this problem, but still the reply "we need to change it in some point"

Address indications, Restaurant receive only payment in cash. The pillows are not comfort for the neck.
