The personnel is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is fairly simple, but tasty. There's not much choice in breakfast.
There was barely warm water to take a shower. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, but it's impossible to use it because there isn't enough warm water. The hygiene was very bad, we found stains in the mattress, towels and walls, and there was a plastic wrapper in the bathtub.

Location
The room where I stayed is on the second floor by the stairs just above the reception and the noise coming from there is unbearable , the door slams, people chatting in and out . I needed to sleep during the day and it was impossible . I forgot my earplugs and pharmacies around don’t sell them .

The staff was very good.
The room wasn't very clean, the shower was with problems with heat, and the breakfast was very limited.

Morning breakfast was ok
The room was too small, bed was old and noisy, it said mountain view but there was an interior room, no fresh air, very noisy location.
