Quiet location, easy access to central tourist areas & to the airport in the opposite direction. Nearby bus stop or Uber/taxi offer cheap options for accessing the whole city. Modern, clean & well kept hotel. Large & very comfortable beds. Simple but tasty freshly cooked breakfast to order.

Room safe was locked so I was unable to use it, but I couldn't be bothered making an issue of it for my short stay.

Location is everything with this place! When I say you step outside into everything, I mean exactly that! Night clubs, upscale shopping mall, numerous amazing restaurants/bars and even three casinos are with in footsteps of the front door! The building is so brand new and sturdy that it barely shook during the 6.7 earthquake that hit while I was staying (don’t worry travelers, earthquakes that big are extremely rare in bogota). The staff was amazing, the apartment was perfect, everything working, water nice and hot (not everywhere in bogota can boast that) and though the balcony was very tiny, had an amazing view of the mountains. Even have an amazing laundry room as well with real washer AND real dryers.. believe me I know it sounds silly to get excited about a dryer but in Colombia a vast majority of laundry are washer/dryer in the same machine and they are horrible.. here you can do your laundry easily without having to send it out to be done right

It’s a blessing and curse to be literally next to everything. You couldn’t ask for a better location… but unfortunately sound proofing is still to be discovered in Bogota so it can be a little noisy until late night. However I will also say I never once had to use my ear plugs or headphones.. a little movie on YouTube on the tv and drowned the music of the clubs right out for a peaceful nights sleep so not complaining to much. If you do happen to be a light sleeper, you can get ear plugs that will do the trick for about $0.75 at any drug store in Zona T

The hotel was clean and quiet. The proximity to the airport, some of the major malls and attractions was great! The room was small but cozy. The supply of hot water was consistent and a blanket was provided to combat the cold weather. We would definitely stay here again!

The language barrier was a challenge. The staff did not speak English. Thankfully, technology helped to bridge the barrier. This was a general challenge we experienced in Bogota (besides major tourist attractions: eg Monserrate; where at least one member of staff could communicate in English).

Comfortable bed, nice jacuzzi tub with separate shower. Clean room. Good location. Good value. Would book again in cool weather (no A/C).

No A/C. No mini fridge or mini bar. Room gets warm, especially after you run the jacuzzi. Because there is no AC, you have to open windows to get some air and cool the room. That works but lets the street noise in (which can be significant).

The staff is friendly, the room is very well laid out and spacious. The hotel is centrally located to many areas.

You can hear the noise from the hallway inside the room and vice versa. I also do feel that it can be slightly cheaper.

They announced through a paper in the elevator that there was going to be no water in the morning of the next day, I thought it was fatal that they did not have a plan B, but luckily nothing happened and they removed the sign

Great hotel rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good included as well eggs and bread and coffee. Was good for 1 night outside city closer to airport

Wasn’t much around but was good spot to get to airport.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is amazing. The bed was very comfortable, housekeeping was on point. Breakfast was really good too.

Shabby and not that safe of a location, door all locked at night so need to wake reception up for open the door

Staff was amazing and very friendly

My friend’s bathroom sink broke off the wall hinges in his roomwhile brushing his teeth but the staff acted promptly and put in motion to have it fixed.
