I almost missed my flight because there was no receptionist (couldn't find anybody) at 4am to let me out of the property

The view
Far fron a 4 stars,,, more like a 1 1/2 star. Had to eat my meals of my bed because didn t have a table or chair. Shower had no water pressure. No microwave no coffee machine and airconditioning unit barely could keep up because was too small for the room. No daily house keeping had same towels sheets for 3 days . The internet conection was on and off was ok half of rhe time. I was never asked if i needed anything. When i checked in gave me a basic room with no view with was not what was my reservation. Manager kept contradicting me that i didnt deserve a better room because of the reduced genius price. Finaly got a room with a view that i reserved online and not a closet like room that got for the first night. BECAUSE I HAVE THE PRIVELEGE TO PAY A SPECIAL REDUCED PRICE DOESNT MEAN I DESERVE LESS . Hotel is not as advertised. Beware if you have genious privileges because you wont be recognized as such.
