The location was very good. The room have a kitchen and a small fridge it was very good.

Sometimes there is no hot water to shower. They have to put a better system so you have hot water all the times.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Gari was an outstanding caring person! Great stay. I will come back for sure!!!! Very convenient as I traveled to visit my mom in the hospital almost across the street!!

thank he location might not be the best because it’s surrounded by abandon buildings a lot of homeless. during the day it’s okay but at night I would be careful.

The staff is amazing! Special shout-out to Gary and Pablo! They were attentive, accommodating, and friendly. Aside from that, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel and room was very clean and modern. The location is fantastic and close to everything. I loved the view from the balcony which overlooked the park across the street. The Wi-Fi worked great, and when I needed anything the staff was always hands-on. It was just a real cozy, warm and welcoming place to stay and I will absolutely be booking with them again in the near future.

A truck took out the TV and WiFi for 2 days - not something the hotel could handle but that was annoying

The location was very convenient to a small grocery store and bakery. Also just a few mins walk from a nice park and a short taxi ride away from a nice dog park with restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and staff was helpful

cant really think of anything I didnt like other than the iron situation. Although a iron was provided at request, it would have to be turned back in after every use. I thought that was kind of inconvenient

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property. I travel to Cali, Colombia 3 times a year and Hotel Piaro will be my new found place to stay. Thanks for making my stay worry free and wonderful.
