The customer service is out of this world. Camila, Carolina, Faber, Daniel, and Maria you made our stay unforgettable. The property is beautiful, the beds are soft and comfortable, food is great. That being said, the quality of the people is what makes this place amazing!

Bathrooms could have used a scrub. There was mold in the shower area, the wear and tear is noticeable in this area the most.

The house is absolutely beautiful - the whole town is stunning. The staff was friendly and our room was spacious with a private balcony overlooking the square. The pool is beautiful.

Our bed was super hard. It seemed like the mattress was pretty old. My parents were luckier and had a newer/more comfy mattress. The bathroom felt a little bit dirty. It’s low season, that’s why there wasn’t a breakfast buffet, so the choice was quite limited.

The Hotel is very pretty, and very well located. The room was comfortable with nice grooming products. All the staff is very nice and gentle.

The restaurant has major opportunity for improvement. Today people have different diets and they offered very few options for vegans, vegetarians and other type of diets. I was pretty surprised that all main courses had fries as the side and they charged extra money for changing it. Breakfast was also very poor, and there are not too many options in Cauca Viejo to dine or have breakfast beside the restaurants from the hotel. So if you are Vegan, doing Keto diet, or vegetarian I strongly recommend you plan in advance.

The quality of the food could be better and it was overpriced. I strongly recommend to have a system for elders in order to enter to the pool.

The Cauca Viejo Town where the Hotel is located is beautiful, peaceful, very well maintained, extraordinary colorful. The archicture is beautiful. The hotel (acacias) was decorated with all sharm and elegance. The be room ( La Pintada) was great. Big and nice mattress. Very big bathroom with jacuzzi. You can hear the roosters at the sunrise time 6:00 am and hear and watch a big variety of birds. The food was delicious. The restaurants very good.

Everything was great. I will go back.

I never thought a place like this could exist in Colombia. It is not only the hotel but its surroundings, I felt as if I was in one of the books by Garcia Márquez. Andrés Restrepo, its owner, is a wise, kind and generous man who will share with you information so you can travel around the area. Quite close to Jericó, Ciudad Bolivar, Hispania, Jardin and Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Beautiful, tranquil setting…pools were relaxing with wonderful service and delicious drinks.

Church bells went off on hour and rosters started crowing at 4am and on. Terrible sleep despite such a wonderful setting.

Absolutely beautiful colourful property with lots of interesting features in a picture perfect little town situated right in the town square. Loved the courtyard and pool area which were so relaxing.

The beds were very hard.
