The room was big and spacious. The staff ware very friendly. We got there late and they helped us with ordering pizza to the room. They booked the trip to Guatape for us and helped us with all the information. The breakfast is basic, but tasty. The pool area is really nice. The surroundings are very calm.

The location is quite far from the historic centre. We needed half an hour to arrive there by uber. There are also no restaurants open late around.

Don Carlos who served breakfast was fantastic: very considerate and kind and attentive. Started our day off great. Very quiet and has a small pool. Coffee was excellent. Very clean and rooms were large enough. Wifi worked well. Place is great for families.

Just a bit far from main action in Poblano; short hike to nearest metro station. Most of staff were awesome. One guy was a bit pushy on using his suggestions for guided tours: mileage will vary according to needs and abilities of travelers. We like being independent, so were not looking for expensive guided tours, to which he almost took offense oddly. Pool was not that clean--but push comes to shove you can get a little swim workout in. Professional swimmers would sneer at it, but good for families and non-water sport athlete/exercise aficionado.

I liked the way the personal of the hotel treat me and my family from day one they just go en let you feel good and try there very best to help you with anything you need . The where very kind en positive vibes and very vey professional Love it guys.

The gentleman who took care of breakfast Don Carlos was exceptional. He was so friendly and attentive, it really started off our day great. Since I have special dietary considerations, he made sure that I got enough fruit & coffee. Moreover, he made my stepson got plenty to eat. The room, beds, and food were all high quality.

Location was super quiet so that was good, but a little far away from main areas in Poblado. A small hike to nearest Metro. Pool was too small for laps and a little cloudy. The desk person was a bit aggressive in promoting guided tours.

Our stay at Portales del Campestre has been vey pleasant and confortable. The staff was very lovely and helpful. The rooms were nice, a bit dark but especially the beds were amazing. Breakfast was tasty and the garden is full of beautiful animals like birds and skirrels. The pool is small but nice. The location is great for a bit peace and quiet and you can reach it easily with the Bus from the Metro (estacion aguacatala, Bus 133).

The water in the showers was not always hot, which was due to the number of people showering at once. Later at the day the water is warm and lovely!

Breakfast was delicious everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful beyond all expectation. There was no cigarette smoke ever. The pool is very good size.

Because Medellín has so little humidity, the pool water evaporates faster than normal, cooling the pool water. Using solar energy to heat the pool water would be very nice.

The location, their friendly staff and receptionist attention. Room was great and they provided an early checking at not additional cost and improved bed selection. Thanks a lot!

Probably would be a good idea have some improvement with the ventilation in the bathroom.

Lovely staff always with a smile especially the reception and the man that sorts out breakfast.

A bit dated in places, made up for by the staff who are lovely.

The staff were all very, very personable and helpful. The location was very tranquil and a short 15 minute walk to the Metro.

While very comfortable, our room could have benefitted from renovation as some elements were showing their age. ..ie flooring.
