The hotel is basically in the middle of all the good spots. I loved it cause we could have walked to a lot of the places we wanted to visit.And the staff was wonderful especially Fernando at the door. Well he was all over which made our stay even better. He was so very helpful!

Wish there was a pool.

I didn't like the breakfast so much, first the orange juice was weak, when i poor hotwater for tea, the water was not clear water.

Lobby is very nice. Everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the doorman. The area is perfect lots of places to shop, eat, party etc. Rooms were spacious clean.

Room service should be done without it being requested. Breakfast staff could be more on top of refilling the buffet. Twice I went and twice there were empty trays and people waiting.

I loved Everything about this hotel.I highly recommend it. Let me share my experiences as a first time turist in Colombia. The security upfront Fabio , he really gave us the feeling that every single guests are important, I had a situation that my dad felt sick on the firt day arriving , I ask him where I can find some soup he personally brought it at my room for my dad ,because I had to an docter appointment. FABIO also showed me the pharmacy. FABIO yiu are the best!I clearly see you love what you do ,keep up the good work God will bless you with many things. Moving on to room service, we had an amazing lady Elizabeth who had the shift the days we where there .She did a very good job ,trustworthy and we loved that every day she leaves a note telling us she attended the room and also on the days that we did need the service she was like ok but atlease let me change the towels,hand them to me. ELIZABTH you are for sure one of best room attended I ever had thereafter you have senior Jackson , if I am not mistaking he is a chef, Jackson with a very nice approach ask if everything is good with the food ,if there is anything he can help with let him know. I spoke a little bit with him and I could clearly see aswell that Jackson loves what he do. Thank you Jackson. The hotel is very safe ,perfect location . Everything is walking distance. The front desk staff was also amazing.

I Liked everything. 1 small thing was that I ask for shuttle , but did not get it , I don't mind because it had taxis outside and at a low cost.

Location and the comida típica.

Water valve in shower had no cold water. Walking up to property was very overheating and cool shower would have been preferable. But, only cool water came out until the hot water started and then you couldn’t get cool water again.

Do not supply shampoo and conditioner. They could include a microwave.

The breakfast room is amazing. Rocio the housekeeper is really nice and she left the room sparkling clean

Business center doesnt have computers and I was unable to use the jacuzzi because you have to stick go a schedule and the schedule was always full. I dont plan my vacation around a jacuzzi schedule, its more like an ammenity I like to use if i have some down time in my hotel room

The staff service is alway very good. I love the location and the facility is clean!

The breakfast is very limited. I whish it had some American breakfast item available. This would have been amazing! Also, if there is more meat options at the restaurant would be great!

The overall service was excellent. Friendly staff, great location, which is of walking distance from two mayor malls and restaurants. The security is excellent, and transportation is always available. Will be back.
