Pros: great roof top pool - really beautiful and great water temperature, nice jacuzzi with views of the city, comfortable beds, amazing pillows, clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet location, which trust me, this makes a difference when staying in Medellin, and even other places in Lo Poblado because Medellin is a loud city with lots of traffic noise that can be heard at night if you don’t have a hotel that is well located away from a busy street. This one is and it had decent soundproof windows. Cons: the reception staff was not very friendly, we booked a room through booking and when arrived we asked them for a high floor because I’m very sensitive to noise, they said they had room on high floors and ultimately had us on the 7th and our view was of this huge antenas of the building next door. Quite possible that it was the worst view in the hotel and we felt they did that on purpose because we booked through booking.com instead booking through the hotel because booking.com was slightest more economical. When asked if we could have a higher room they said those were of a different category even thought we booked a junior suite. It felt petty. While there we asked about tours and the message from the front desk was inconsistent. First, they said they didn’t work with tour agencies with an attitude of “we are better than that”, but didn’t offer any options. When I asked a second time they took a day to reply and said they could help. This was a problem throughout - slow response. At that point I had made my own arrangements which felt strange giving good hotels always have a concierge that is ready to help guests. Another unfortunate situation happened when I needed a late prior to a business meeting but didn’t have time sit down at the restaurant for breakfast prior. I just needed a latte…There is a coffee bar located by the front desk.

The rooftop bar/pool has one of the best views around the city (hotels). The food is amazing. The rooftop bar/restaurant employees went beyond with the sevice and how they treated me. The room is amazing, and they have a mini bar/snacks with plenty of options in the room.

Lobby staff members (counter) have to improve regarding speed on workloads. I went 4 times in total to the front desk for check-in / out and services, and from the 4 times, 3 times I wait more than 10 minutes just to speak with them for my inquiries. The prices at the rooftop bar are not average, but that's is depending your budget, obviously. ****Please, I loved this hotel, and definitely, I will stay again, BUT rooms need a safe box.****

The hotel looks brand new and is modern. The room was big and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was good too. It would have been good to have more space for our two hard-case baggage. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and polite. We appreciate Jairo's assistance. The rooftop pool is amazing—fantastic views, warm water! We loved it. The spa was not working, so it would have been nice to go there.

The location was said to be good, but we need a car to go everywhere. Yet, most locals said this was a great location. But we couldn't walk around as we usually do to explore. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay. The rooftop bar and food are pricey for what we had,

This could be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were treated perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable; the room was modern and beautiful. The whole hotel was lovely, and the staff were incredible. The breakfast host and hostess remembered you and your preferences for drinks. The staff spoke English, and the area of the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We even extended our stay because it was so great.

No complaints at all.

Binn hotel is a quiet place in Poblado that enables good rest for its guests. Service was an example of Colombian and Medellin friendliness and customer service culture, with professional and experienced personnel from around the country. A particular mention goes to Binn’s head of waiters, Adolfo who is a diligent, competent, and attentive support at the restaurant. The kitchen staff was also great with tasty and elegant variations of traditional Colombian street food. The we’re flexible to cook some aborrajados on demand even if they weren’t planned.

Unfortunately the pool was on maintenance. Location is a bit far away when you consider Medellin’s growing traffic jams.

Great breakfast with great service. The hotel staff was also great, and the whole hotel was sparkling clean. The maid even folded my clothes. The technology in the room was nice and I liked that the do not disturb and cleaning signs were a button you pressed instead of something you hung on your door. Great security and I felt completely safe at all times.

Although the amenities are beautiful, the pool area is too crowded/small and loud- I couldn't use it due to no seats available. I think the loud music at the pools is normal in Colombia though as I noticed it at the other hotels I stayed at. It's not a place to relax. Bed was comfortable but it was two singles pushed together (it's uncomfortable to sleep in the centre because of the gap)- not a king bed. I could hear everything in the hallways as well, there was zero soundproofing through the doors. The buzzer in the room was obnoxious (it's used instead of knocking.)

The staff was amazing, Adolfo at the breakfast was always attentive and up for a quick chat. The room was spacy and well-equipped, some noise from outside could be heard but nothing too disruptive.

The location was good, but you do not have anything at walking distance so keep that in mind as you will need an uber to go down the hill to the neighbourhood centre. With that said, the restaurant at the hotel is very good (prices are above average) and the view from the rooftop is amazing!

The service and helpfulness of the staff was incredible, from the moment we arrived in our Uber until the moment we left we felt the service was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The view from level 15 of the city was spectacular. The gym had enough equipment in it to ensure you could get a full body workout if desired. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious and the coffee very good too. The room was extremely comfortable to get some work done too. The food at the restaurant for dinner was very tasty too. Truthfully I didn't want to leave.

In summary, Hotel Binn in Medellin exceeded my expectations with its aesthetic charm, amazing rooms, welcoming staff, convenient location, and exceptional gym and rooftop facilities. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.

The room was very clean and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and staff service was outstanding… from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone paid a lot of attention to detail. At the restaurant, Adolfo made sure to know our order preferences and to have it ready when we arrived in the morning, always with a smile.

Everything was great
