Beautiful hotel, very close to Provenza and shopping centres

My recent stay at Foresta in Medellín was nothing short of exceptional. While the hotel boasts a great location—close to everything you might want to explore—and top-notch facilities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing, it was the staff at the reception who truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the front desk team made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. We had a list of plans and ideas, but they went above and beyond—recommending alternatives, hidden gems, and local favorites we would’ve completely missed. And every single suggestion they gave us? Spot on. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared. They even helped us organize an airport transfer with a larger vehicle to fit our entire group. It made leaving just a little bit easier, knowing we were in good hands right up to the end.

Everything was perfect

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they even prepared it earlier for us. We loved the arepas and empanadas.

Too much noise at night in the hallway. There was a constant sound of water passing through the pipes in the walls. We had to use stairs to get to the rooms. We requested the most expensive room with balcony and were given one on the 1st floor. They should consider offering breakfast earlier, as it is a business area.

Very clean and modern hotel in great and safe location at the top of poblado. 20 minute safe walk to lots of bars and cafes etc, but easy to catch an uber if preferred. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we felt well looked after. A lovely breakfast with fresh fruit buffet and hot dishes to order Also very accessible to airport and took about 25 minutes in a taxi which the hotel helped to organise for a very reasonable price

Slightly damp, but no obvious smell and there was a dehumidifier to help with this

Very spacious and comfortable room, the bed was huge and there was lots of space to put our clothes. Everything was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would stay again!

The location wasn’t the most convenient. It is on the outskirts of El Poblado, so it’s a 15 minute walk to the restaurant area, which isn’t so bad the way there, but the way back to the hotel is completely uphill, so keep that in mind!

I spent these 7 nights very well in this hotel! the staff are wonderful! They are the life of the hotel! (Alejandra,Luis,Sebastian and Victoria) the atmosphere in the hotel is super positive. I loved seeing the squirrels in the trees. super rich breakfast. kindness is 10/10! wifi needs a little bit fixing but the rest everything is amazing! I repeat, the hotel staff are the best thing about the hotel! Thank you for the amazing service Hotel Foresta.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were amazing. The food was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will be back the next time we visit Medellin.

Firstly I want to say Sebastian is the best!! He was so helpful & friendly throughout our stay, we were only due to stay a couple of nights but ended up staying for 4. He greeted us every evening with a smile & a nice chat and always made sure the coffee pot was full :) Location was good! I know a few people moaned about this but we personally liked that it was out of the chaos and really green/ surrounded by trees. It's a 20minute walk down to all the bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to supermarket Carulla. 35min walk to Pablado metro station. We like walking so didn't mind it at all, but if you don't like walking it's easy/ cheap to catch a bus down/ up the hill costing 2850 pesos (if I remember correctly). It's up a hill so again we didn't mind this but if you can't do hills, catch a bus or taxi for a cheap price. Breakfast was good, pancakes or arepas with scrambled eggs, with fresh fruit & toast available. Good showers and really appreciated the hot water after spending the previous week in San Andres with no hot water. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. Maybe a little wardrobe/ space for luggage but can't fault anything.

Family hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, good included breakfast, surrounded by green garden, and its prime location in El Pobalado Medellin.

The sofa in the lobby or the rug in the writing area has a particular smell.
