Quality of the staff. Camilo. Andres. Vanessa. Karen. Kitchen staff. Absolutely top notch service with a smile. I need 10 pages to compliment how amazing the staff is. Breakfast is incredible. I felt like a king. You really feel at home here. I cant say enough about the staff. All of them. I'm sorry I didn't get more names. I will return as quickly as possible. I originally chose a different hotel but the response was slow and I am glad that I ended up here and now I will only choose this hotel when I return. I hope they can see this. Thank you all for making my visit Absolutely perfect!

A bit further from the strip, you can find this hotel in a nice quiet side street. We wanted to have a good night out, but not be woken op by party sounds. This worked out great. The room was very good. Good beds, AC and shower. Even a minibar. Some things need attentions. Paint is old in some places, and the system to ring the bell/clean/do not disturb is not working.

HEY MANAGER !!! WAKE UP!! As plenty of reviews indicated, there is no access to the rooftop and no jacuzzi. They claim to have a gym; which is nothing more than a treadmill in the main hall where breakfast is also served. Since I didn’t book this hotel for those facilities, when you get a good price on the room, I can still recommend it.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our flight arrived early and they offered to hold our bags while we toured for a few hours. Our room became available before we headed out and they moved us in early which we were delighted. They were helpful with idea for tours or restaurants, so friendly at the breakfast bar, always polite, and the room was very clean. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and felt very safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful establishment, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was not only conveniently located near to Provenza, but also in a peaceful and picturesque setting. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the affordability of the accommodation. Given the quality of service and the excellent location, the price was more than reasonable. The staff at this establishment truly made my stay memorable. They were not only incredibly helpful but also genuinely nice. In summary, my experience at this place was great. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay during their travels.

Everything is very clean and well organized. Has a beautiful views. Hotel stuff is awesome. Everybody very helpful and nice. Hotel is very quiet. Location is perfect. Outside of craziness but walking distance to it. And very close to my dentist clinic. I did the surgery on this trip and hotel stuff was very attentive on the path of my recovery. I got ice and towels to my room and on breakfast they was making smoothies for me since I couldn’t chew. Best experience ever

The only things I would improve is rooms needed a shower gel and whole size mirror

Very friendly staff. Position is good though a tiny bit isolated from bustly poblado streets. Fine to walk alone up to 21h. Breakfast is served, it was good but nothing exceptional.

Gym is just 3 machines in the patio, no jacuzzi working, breakfast is served but buffet. Fine but not as claimed by the hotel. Connecting door to next room not sound proof. The curtains do not allow full darkness for those who need it.

Very good location as it was close enough to walk to the restaurants and far enough from the noise. Breakfast was also great.

Everything was great, but the glass shower door doesn’t close properly so you have to be creative and get the floor towel to hold it in place, other than this things were great.

Location was 10 minutes' walk or less to the square. The breakfast was nice and the staff were great and friendly, willing to help in many ways, from questions of the area to help ordering in food Relaxing bar area that is a great place to have a couple beers while you plan your evening, Had a rainy night and just chilled listening to music drinking some wine and having snacks, So definitely a place where you can relax and still have a little fun too.

The bathroom was a little small, I am not a big person, but I am just over 6ft tall. The design of the construction needed 6 more inches at least to make it more comfortable and user friendly. The light switch is on the inside and you have to close the door almost to get to the switch then the layout for someone taller is difficult to use the mirror and try to brush your hair. Nothing of a deal breaker, just a design flaw that could have easily been done better. At the least having the light switch outside of the bathroom :-)

Staff were very friendly and accomodating and welcoming. Room was clean and proper, and kept clean when the maid came by.

Night time security or front desk person was strange, and quite off-putting. My interaction with them my last night left a sour experience. They called me at 11pm and asked to enter my room to "check the minibar". Once he got there, he looked at the minibar asked a few questions, I told him everything was good, then he asked if I had hot water(?), I said yes the shower is fine, and he went to look in the bathroom. Then he asked a few more questions and left. It was a very weird interaction and I did not sleep comfortably that night. Only reason I dropped the overall score. Otherwise it would have been a 9/10.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Emannuel from reception was very attentive as also the others. The location was quiet but very close to restaurants and bars. The metro was approximately 20min walk from the hotel.
