Antioquian style hotel, traditional Colombian breakfasts, staff were friendly and cordial, beautiful hotel to see Antioquian Colombian culture.

Overall good place to sleep and experience culture, however it only occurred one time where there was a lot of noise being made by a group of people by the hall that sleep was nearly impossible given that a tour was to be completed the next day. The other point would be they make you pay your stay right away as opposed to other countries where it’s after services received.

Great hotel and staff, quiet location just a short walk from the center of El Poblado. The staff make this place what it is, they're very friendly and polite, check in was easy and I had a room by the pool. The room was big, plenty of space, clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and towels fresh, the shower water could have been hotter but it was 28 degrees outside so not really a problem. Breakfast was different each day, eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. Lunch was available but I went out every day. There's a shopping mall 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket plus lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, a perfect location.

I was offered an airport transfer on arrival as the airport is half an hour drive from the hotel, I was told a driver would contact me in the morning to confirm and would be waiting for me but no one showed up, I waited for an hour and a half, sent messages to the hotel without reply so got a taxi instead. The walls are thin, I could hear the person snoring at night in the next room. Two tiles fell off the bathroom wall during the night and gave me a shock.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the peacefulness. We were able to get to and from the hotel easily with taxis and it was close to the main bar area in Poblado!

We had an issue with our bed, it seemed to be an older bed...but the management took care of it right away and made sure we were switched rooms and comfertable!

Big and clean room, helpful staff and good breakfast. Swimming pool is a great plus.

Not good isolation of the room with open spaces which make it noisy as you can hear everyone using the pool or walking through the corridors. No curtain on the window facing the corridor which allows light inside the room at all times.

The location, staff were amazingly pleasant with us and the hotel was clean. Also the breakfast is made by them and is quite nice.

There were two groups of Hebrew people that continued shouting until 4 in the morning in two different days. Is not the fault of the people from the hotel who kept telling them to lower the voice

I love this place. It felt like home. Everything was great. I will be back. The ease of visitors was my favorite part. The gardening and understanding of needs was really cool too.

Walking up the hill. Mosquitos, so so many and the windows didnt fully close to keep them out.

Clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location and swimming pool was a great addition after busy day with sightseeing

The pool, the tranquility of the place and the location close to Provenza. Super nice garden. Rooms are basic but functional and clean. Breakfast appreciated, friendly staff. Great value for the price

I like its location because it’s nice and quiet. It’s not a lot of busy traffic, but then again, there’s nothing close by.
