I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials: TV, Wi-Fi, iron, toiletries, bottled water, hair dryer, etc. I also loved the amazing view from both my room and the rooftop terrace. The hotel’s restaurant and service were excellent as well. The neighbourhood is a lively party area, full of nightclubs and bars, so it can get quite noisy at night. Fortunately, the hotel provides good soundproof windows and complimentary earplugs, which made it possible for me to sleep without any problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, views, and great service.

The only downside was the ventilation system, which made a constant humming sound (like white noise). While it might actually help some people fall asleep, it could be a bit annoying for light sleepers.

The location is fantastic with lots of great shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance - literally the next street. It's reasonably close to public transport (20 mins walk). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The standard rooms are a bit small but very well designed with lots of storage and they are immaculately clean.

There really isn't much to fault this hotel, so these comments are just minor details... Breakfast isn't included but there is room service available from the downstairs restaurant and loads of options on the surrounding streets. I thought the mattress was too hard, but that's a personal preference.

Everything was super! From the arrival until the check out! The room was exceptional. Everything was clean. The sound of Provenza was not as loud as I expected and was absolutely bearable. The location I believe is one of the best with many options of restaurants around the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel as well is exceptional. The staff very friendly and professional at the same time. It is necessary to mention that the hotel provides areas to work or relax wich can be very helpful especially if you have a late departure flight.

The room was not so spacious but with the terrace to enjoy some fresh air it is not such a big problem!

Location amazing (in the heart of el Poblado), room and common spaces extremely cleaned and staff super welcome. I really advise to enjoy the cocktail bar and restaurant on the ground floor as they serve amazing food and cocktail.

Rooms are small but the space is efficient and it is rare to find such a level of cleaning. Being that the hotel is really at the center of poblado, you would hear noises during the nights but that is the price of being in the best area of Medellin.

Our stay at Nakua was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were so pleasant and friendly. The property is in the perfect location right next to Provenza. There is a little cafe right across the street too, that was very convenient. There’s a rooftop terrace with gorgeous views that my husband and I used a couple times, just to soak in the beautiful views of the city. The room was very clean. We had no issue with noise, maybe that’s because we were on the 5th floor, but we really couldn’t hear anything, so that was nice. We would stay here again for sure. 10/10 stay for us!!

There is nothing I can think of that could be improved on, everything was great!!

I loved the room, the staff, and the location (it's loud, but not that bad, and right in El Poblado, if you like that). You're in the middle of everything. The building was really cool and had a great view from the top.

Just know there is a ~$45 USD charge if you book a single room and have guests over (even if just for one night, or even one hour). So, if you're planning on... indulging, be sure to add that to your cost calculus.

I thought that the room was nice and it was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff. The front desk people are wonderful and friendly and check-in was easy. The staff is the real plus of this property. Also, it is located close to the main attractions, the Provenza and all that that includes. A beautiful small boutique hotel.

I hate to even mention what I didn't like, but there were things. The hotel does not have a restaurant, though there are great ones near by within a short walk and priced wonderfully. But while it is wonderfully located in the Provenza that is the main problem. It is not a quiet hotel. The noise from the party area of the Provenza is an issue. Now if you are a person who stays out late and parties hard with everyone else, it won't be a problem. Now they did provide me with a more quiet room, there are some, it still had a few nights of music going till 1:30. Then it was quiet. But that was a room they moved me to. The first room was later with the noise. I stayed for 12 nights so I was there a while.

The location is great, extremely walkable to all the Provenza/Manila/Lleras area, the design is great I was really impressed by the coworking area, it’s very well organized and distributed so you can work without any issue

The only thing to keep in mind is the noise, since it’s close to all the clubs and discos at night even though they have sound isolated windows you can still hear the music in the nights from your room, if you’re a light sleeper consider that

This location, one block off one of the main streets in Provenza is perfect. The rooms are very modern, brand new, spotlessly clean and well laid out. I stayed in 2 different rooms, the smaller one and the larger, suite option. Both are equally nice, but if I were to do it again, I'd opt for the larger one as it was 50% larger and only a little higher in cost at the time I stayed there. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with any requests I had, and also arranged a ride to the airport for me that was half the cost of my arrival ride. Thank you!

The only downside, and not at all the fault of the property, is that the rooms face west and that means facing one of the primary streets in Provenza with many bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. This means that there will be party noise and you really can't do a lot about that. It did not bother me, however, and I was able to sleep well. Just something to keep in mind if you're a very light sleeper.

Location cannot be beaten, it's 1 block off the Main Street in Provenza, where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Room, especially the larger one, is very comfortable, great mattress, super clean and excellent bathroom amenities as well. Fantastic stay, with super attentive staff.

Because you're 1 block off the main area of Provenza, there is non-stop music due to the restaurants and bars being open till 4AM. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best option for you. Generally, I was so tired, it was not a problem for me.
