very central, great location. apartment well laid out, and like secret passage to enter, I came here because i experienced airbnb hell, hosts understand hosting, i will stay here if i ever come back to medellin.

not much to dislike, well you willl get noise, but your in the party zone, so your not really here for peace and quiet if you come here. watch out for stairs, as sometimes, the light will not come on, i ended up twisting my ankle, but my fault more than property, just be wary of the stairs when exiting if light does not come on. im ok now, just a sprain.

Stayed 5 days and Loved the place. It's in Provenza so there's so much to take in and experience. Rooms are quiet but remember It's in a busy area so you'll hear a bit of faint music from surrounding restaurants/bars. Again faintly but I mostly crash landed onto the very comfortable bed around 4am-7am nightly, well morning. Had only a very petty issue and it was the safe, couldn't use needed to be reset. There was a solution, could have waited for maintenance person BUT since I didn't request extra cleaning during my stay, no one entered my room. Also, was always out and about exploring Medellin. Really Non issue there was a solution given. Place is awesome, felt like a resident

Honestly, didn't like that I had to leave Medellin and come back home to Miami, LoL !

Room was very comfortable and clean. The design is pretty and well organized. Staff answered fast to all queries and petition. Rooms are located in Provenza, a zone full of cubs and music late at night, so you can expect noise. However, we experienced that the room had a nice isolation with minimum noise. We had no problem to sleep. Please be aware that cleaning is not included within the reservation (only the check in cleaning is included). If you want they clean the room, each clean service has an extra cost (this is not mandatory).

They should offer alt least one extra cleaning service with no extra charge.

Excellent location, right next to Provenza which is like the trendy part of Medellin full of bars and restaurants and a lively night scene. The flat was very well equipped, the staff was supportive on everything we needed.

It does get a bit noisy in the evenings. You can hear the music from nearby restaurants. Not too loud we were still able to rest, but If noise and a busy night life is an issue for you, this is probably not the right part of town for your stay.

The location was in the heart of El Poblado, easy to find, love the space and decor. Lost of drawers to put your stuff. Great amenities, they had more than 4 pillows.

The stairs didn’t have a light so I had to turn on my phone flashlight at night. The passwords are too long to learn, I would recommend that they put the last digits of the person phone number so it would be easier. They change the code and I couldn’t enter the complex. The person in charge responded quickly and called me from what’s app, but If that happens late at night it’s really inconvenient. Other than that everything was great.

It was a good size. The bed was very big and comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival and complimentary tea and coffee had been left for us. The appliances in the flat all worked well. The location was great as it was right in the centre of El Poblado so it was easy to explore the area without needing transport.

The noise from the bars downstairs was quite loud, although this was to be expected given the location. It wasn’t an issue with the property, but is something to keep in mind if you aren’t someone who can deal with noise.

It’s very close to everything. The hosts are very great at responding.

It is the loudest place I have ever stayed at in ten years of traveling. I expected noise and didn’t mind the night music, but it was the music at 5am at highest level in the building next door. The reason I’m not lowering it less than 10 is because as soon as I mentioned it the host was on it. The neighbors turned down their music which was actually just to block the loud construction that was happening.

We stayed in the Somos flat and it was perfect for 2. Really spacious bedroom area and bathroom. The Somos hotel is not far away and they have a 24hr reception. The staff there are super helpful and helped us with paying & check in when we arrived at 1am after a stressful bus journey. They even gave us a free beer! The Somos hotel also has an amazing roof top bar - having visited a few of the others we actually thought it had the best views! The flat was also very quiet, totally sound proofed & in a great location. A/c also worked well. We definitely recommend.

Central location, Spacious bedroom, Good quality furniture

Cramped bathroom, Kitchen light not working, Cleaning quality is very poor (pls invest in good vacuum cleaner, mops, and cleaning products), the staff are lovely but need to be trained on how to clean the rooms. Our floor was so dirty and sticky upon check in. And even after asking them to clean it, it was even worse than before.

The accommodation is centrally located in Provenza .When I arrived early I was well looked after by the staff who arranged for the room to be cleaned .The accommodation is large and contained all the facilities needed for my stay.

There was a party taking place in one of the rooms during the weekend
