Very unique hotel with a lots of greenery to resemble a jungle. The rooftop had a very nice pool with excellent views of Medellin.

They charged for the smallest items during breakfast, ie a charge for requesting butter for toast or arepas. My wife has a severe egg allergy, and cannot have any side that eggs, so I requested substitute the protein choice for ham. They charged for this request & what was brought out was a very small amount of chopped up ham they use to add to an omelette. I was hoping for nicer slices of ham to justify the added charge.

The rooms are beautifully decorated -- they are meticulously designed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop was beautiful. The hotel has an excellent location right in the action but not directly in the heart of max noise like some other hotels.

The water in the shower wasn't very hot. I was there for 4 days and it was obvious housekeeping hadn't been wiping down the bathroom counter. I still saw the same stains each day. Admittedly, we were running around all day that I did not have a chance to ask anyone to fix it but it made me worried they were only making the bed each day.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk to Poblado Metro Station. The staff is very friendly. The anemnities and coffee was really taste and lovely.

The room looked like in the pictures. I was a bit of dissapointed that the hotel was not able to make the breakfast to take away due to the leaving at 7 am to the early flights as the kitchen was opening at seven and it was not possible to prepare at the evening and keep the sandwich in the fridge. We celebrated 10 years anniversary. The offered package were pricey or i would expected more. The hair drayer would be lovely in the room.

The hotel itself is beautiful and chic. Enjoyed beverages at the bar on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly and polite and we were well looked after during our stay

The rooms are much smaller than they appear, especially for two guests. We also had no expectation that there would be no privacy on the shower door and that you could visibly see someone using the shower if you were in the room at the same time. As friends travelling, this was an issue.

The personnel was very attentive to our needs, hotel is beautiful, very clean and centrally located right next to Provenza area. The breakfast was very tasty (options to pick from a menu and freshly cooked), and the rooftop has an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side but very well organized and decorated, with a private balcony.

For those with a lighter sleep, you could hear some noises at night from the nearby clubs even though the rooms are well insulated (did not disturb me personally).

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The location is prime if you like to party, shop and eat as everything is walking distance. The rooftop is beautiful as well and it has a pool. The hotel is accesible by car (taxi or uber), very easy to find. The staff can help you with anything: tours, taxi, rest... whatever you need.

The pool doesn't have a lounge area, the pool is part of the rooftop bar so I didn't feel comfortable using it. But that's personal preference. Noise - this didn't bother me but do know that there's noise from the bars/clubs that are nearby. If you are a light sleeper this might affect your decision on booking or not. Please note that the rooms/doors are soundproof so you can barely hear it and each room has a white noise machine in case you want to use it.

The hotel is well maintained and has a great breakfast with options for daily choice. The location is great right in the heart of all the activities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small even for two people, and the placement of furniture in the room makes it hard to move around. The pool is small and in the middle of a restaurant/bar rooftop that is visited by outside customers, not only hotel guests.

Staff were helpful and friendly, clean rooms, comfortable beds, rooms well laid out, well decorated, lovely rooftop pool and bar, well located for all bars and restaurants in El Poblado

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The rooms were smaller in comparison to other cities in Colombia but we could tell this from the pictures when we booked so wouldn't say it was an issue for us more a watch out for those booking, book the bigger rooms if you need space

We loved the design of the hotel, the breakfast was nice and the beds comfy. The hotel is in a busy area but the rooms were well insulated from the noise outside. The rooftop was also really nice!

It was strange to have to do our own inventory on arrival. There were also constants mistakes made by the service team, although each time only small errors in hindsight it adds to quite a lot of obvious mistakes (room service with no cutlery, payments charged twice, room service order ignored). The staff were very friendly though, probably just need to be more attentive

Design was modern and cool. The view from the rooftop was amazing. Staff was great, polite and well prepared. Rooms had noise cancelling.

They didn’t offer free drinking water like other hotels I’ve been in Medellín, only the first night, they would charge you for water afterwards. Check out had to be earlier than usual (11:00 A.M.). The cocktails and drinks at the rooftop were a little pricey and took long to be ready. Pool closed early, couldn’t use it. The location was great but the street could be a little cleaner.
