I had a wonderful stay at the Charlee Hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with a good restaurant and awesome rooftop bar with a pool. The location is perfect with steps to dining and nightlife. I was able to listen to a great concert from my balcony. The staff treated me like family. Shout out to Karen (front desk), Santiago (lobby), Jose (restaurant), Jessica (pool bar), and Yuliana (concierge). You guys are the best of the best; always let me practice my Spanish with patience and a smile! I'm looking forward to another trip to Medellin and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else!

Concierge George forgot to book my 4:00am ride to the airport. Mauricio at the front desk saved the day by calling a cab driver he knows and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Thanks Mauricio, while I was panicking you kept a cool head and got the job done!

Osh in Cartagena is an absolute gem and, hands down, the best dining experience I’ve had in the city. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone—elegant yet welcoming, with a vibrant energy that complements the historic charm of Cartagena. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were passionate about the menu and eager to offer recommendations. The wine selection was equally impressive, with pairings that elevated the meal to another level.

The room had a moldy odor that was coming out of the bathroom.

Well located, comfy bed and good breakfast. The rooftop bar was great with spectacular views of Medellin.

Unfortunately had a room next to a couple who were fighting until the early hours of the morning and slamming the adjoining door to the patio. I complained to reception but they were slow in reacting until they were finally kicked out at 7am leaving me with no sleep at all. I was recompensed and given another night to make up for it. The reception staff were very friendly but very slow in reacting to the situation, having called several times on the phone I had to finally get dressed and go down personally.

We had an amazing experience at Charlee Hotel! The concierge went above and beyond to help us find a car and ensure everything was perfect for my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully prepared. the location is unbeatable-right in the heart of everything, close to all the best party spots. if you are looking for great service, and a vibrant atmosphere, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended. and a very secure place

Great location, great design and most of all, amazing staff. We had 2 rooms booked and my teen daughter forgot her Christmas gift from her grandparents in the safe which consisted of a lot of cash. We were contacted by the hotel manager before we even realized what had happened and arranged for us to pick up her money. We thought the money was gone. I tip my hat to Winston and his team for their trustworthiness!

Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming and attentive. Reception staff also excellent. We had an excellent tour of the city but the tour for the coffee plantation was inappropriate.

The price was too high. The tour to the coffee plantation was hugely inappropriate for two elderly women with walking canes and obvious mobility challenges. Our guide for this tour was a saint and a true gentleman.

Paola, at the front desk, is a life savior! Before I go into details about the accommodation, I want to truly thank Paola for accommodating my request for a late check-out (even though we had to return from the airport due to a canceled flight). I truly appreciate her taking the time to help us and making all the difference during our stay. So, needless to say, the staff is amazing, shoutout to you guys! The room was clean and super spacious and to address some concerns, we did not hear any noise during our stay (and it was during the weekend). The lighting was fine also, it tends to be mellow, but comparing it to the other 5-star hotels in the area is about the same.

Comfortable bed, the living room was a real bonus. Good breakfast. Fully stocked mini bar. Very friendly staff. Burgers in the restaurant were fantastic. Duvan in the bar was very friendly.

Toilet was blocked a couple of times, though it was quickly fixed. The shower was difficult to get to a Goldilocks temperature, either too hot or too cold. Location is very lively and loud, luckily we able to close the living room door and sleep in peace.

Great location . breakfast was good to .Everything was just perfect .Located next to the square and all bars and restaurants , the place make everything walkable and easy to explore the great El Poblado.

Design , very good eco concept . Great service. Sushi restaurant in the roof top with swimming pool . Great view of the whole town . Smiling and friendly staff . Safe to walk everywhere .

The hotel staff was outstanding and super accommodating to help with everything. They had an umbrella ready before I asked. The hotel's proximity to both restaurants and nightlife was right in the middle between everything. The gym is considered higher end.

This is a superb boutique hotel but it's not large like a brand with giant lobby. Perfect for a stay in Medellin.
