In a beautiful green area of the city.  Good location to the area of cafes and restaurants (about 8 min walk).  Staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. They also speak English which is helpful because my Spanish is basic.  When my husband got sick Juan Carlos, front desk, translated to the cooks to make food specially for him. The room was massive and clean. Lots of pillows and even more in the closet to choose from. The kitchen was great to have, but it only had 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks and 2 spoons. No pot or pan to use on the stove...thought that was odd. No kitchen towel/cloth to wash/dry dishes. Does have a microwave which could be useful.  Enough space in the fridge for you to put a few things into. A couple of small things could improve the room: a full length mirror (room was huge with lots of wall space), an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, a make up mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom is a good size and was very clean. Only negative: the water temperature control in the bathroom is awful, it's either cold or very hot, and randomly changes without intervention, and moving the handle just ever so slightly will not get you a temperature you want, cool or hot, those are the choices. Pool/Jacuzzi area is great, gets lots of sun. It's a very shallow pool so the temperature of the water can get warm, but I still liked it.  It was clean and they have nice pool towels & sun beds.  The pool area also has a covered area you can relax on nice couches and chairs, can even get room service up there if you want. Other positives: great wifi, quiet area (not on Saturday night if people across the street are partying/watching soccer, hahaha) Overall, a fantastic & comfortable stay.

Located in quiet, safe area. about 15-20 min walk to main street with restaurants, bars, tourist area. Decent 3* room, large balcony with view of mountains. Good breakfast

1. At check-in the bill is getting higher than booked, with some additional charges. Had to request to remove. The couple checking in before us had the same issue. So, would recommend to check it in the check-in not at check-out. 2. Pool was closed at 9 pm 3. Balcony has high wall, so you can enjoy the view by standing only 4. The shower needs an update. Showerhead was clogged and looked old

Modern hotel, very large rooms and good breakfast. Pool in the top floor is small but refreshing, good vibe

Check in process: we arrived early in the morning after a very long flight and were able to leave the luggage in the reception. We were then told they could try to check us in early, depending on availability, otherwise 3pm would be guarantteed. We went sightseeing and came back at 3pm very tired with 3 children. When we arrived, we were told there still weren't any rooms available, we had to wait until 4pm for the room, which was very fustrating.

We loved the location in El Poblito. It was a 5 minute walk from many good restaurants (along Carerra 43C toward Calle 10). The Sites breakfasts were excellent and varied (buffet style). WIFI was fast. Sites Hotel is a 12 minute walk from the exceptional metro train station that connects travellers with the city in just a few minutes. Beds were comfortable. Staff was unfailingly polite. Elevator works well. Hallways were spacious.

Bathroom taps and toilet seat were loose. The TV was not a 'Smart TV' so English language shows were limited. Dangerous stairway lighting at night - motion lights don't come on until you are part way down each flight. Warning: Be careful of the supplied snacks and mini-bar. They are expensive. We were told about the minibar but not that the snacks, which are not complementary and overpriced. Some noise from the street (even though we were on the top floor).

The staff was great, very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was great. A lovely 12th floor deck with a jacuzzi pool, beautiful views of Cartegna. Also there were laundry facilities for free! We didn't use them as we were at the end of our trip but found this to be an amazing amenity! The breakfast was great with lots of fruits and then choices of eggs any style.

The door to our room and the door to our bathroom did not fit well and seemed broken on the bottom. Did not affect the locking of the outside door. The hotel was a little further out from where we wanted to be (my fault) and unfortunately was told not to walk to dinner at night (a 10 minute walk with three people) because it want safe. I appreciate the honesty and I guess that is what happens in all big cities!

I liked it wasn't to far from other places we didn't mind walking. The staff was really nice and my room was nice with a nice view

The first or second night the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs and i was on the 11th floor. And the fact I had to pay to have people come to my room I've never been to any hotel in any country that did that so it was weird other than that I loved my stay here

Our apartment at the Sites Hotel was wonderful and we had a fabulous view from the 11th story balcony of the city and mountains, especially at night! The reception staff was very nice and spoke some English which was helpful. The entire hotel was immaculate, including our room. We had a big screen TV in our bedroom which we could watch Netflix by changing the language to English. The bed was pretty firm but we found a mattress topper in the closet for the couch bed which we used for better comfort on the nice king size bed. The AC in the bedroom could cool the whole little apartment. The bathroom has a long countertop and shelf below for all our toiletries and the large shower has a waterfall showerhead that is THE best we've had on our travels...lots of hot water and great water pressure! Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion provided. Good storage space in the closet in the bedroom closet. The hotel has a nice restaurant (our included breakfast buffet was simple but adequate) and is within walking distance of other restaurants. Prices for food were surprisingly very reasonable! There is a little convenience store across the street from the hotel. We used the small but nicely equipped gym plus washed our clothes in the washers and dryers, all on the 12th floor along with a small pool. The WiFi was decent, a definite plus. We so enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely stay there again!

FYI...no paper towels or dish soap provided but we always travel with our own paper towels so no big deal but no way to wash dishes. The convenience store across the street sells these things, should you need them. For those who drink coffee, take coffee pods or you will need to buy them at the front desk for the coffee maker in the room. There is hot coffee near the entrance to the restaurant, too, not sure if all day. We also took Tide pods for the washer but they probably have some laundry detergent you could use or buy. All in all, the perfect place to stay in Medillin!

The hotel is in the safest and greenest suburb of the city. The staff is very polite and attentive and takes care to fully meet the customer's expectations. Beautiful rooftop hot shallow swimming pool, sunbeds and gym. Walkable distance to nearest metro station and to the late night district. Very nice room structure with walk in bathroom from both bedroom and living room. Hotel made sure guests felt very safe, with non stop live security all around the hotel, which was very appreciated.

The breakfast was rich, but lacked options for European travellers - biggest miss was bread without sugar in it - more than 5 types of bread, all containing noticeable amount of sugar. The A/C in the room was strong, but placed in the bedroom and blowing straight in my face, instead of placed in the living room.

Both staff attentiveness and breakfast were great. Giobany, as always, was extremely helpful. Rooftop remodel was nice. This was our fourth stay, and we were very pleased.

We really missed the do it yourself laundry option that was eliminated. It was a great incentive. The extra large pillows were not nearly as comfortable as expected.

The facility is great! Staff is so helpful and the breakfast is so good! The rooms are so big, very clean. You have everything you need. If I go again Medellin, I would stay in this hotel. There are many restaurants/cafes around very vibey.

It is not in the center of El Poblado but very close you can walk in 10 mins. If you are solo traveller maybe need to consider yet I was walking alone nothing happened.
