I chose this place because of the benefit of using the pool in the hostel next door, but even if they didn't have it I would totally stay there again! it's very clean, all the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the location is excellent and the price is very good for all what you get!

Poblado Park Guesthouse was perfect for my needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is superb. Being able to use the pool, rooftop deck and bar next door is absolute dynamite. They have language exchanges, free dance classes and many other events that you can join. This guesthouse is a quick walk to the metro. And the breakfast was fantastic! So nice to have fresh fruit and juice.

My only recommendation is to address the 'shared' bathroom situation. While supposively only two rooms use the shared bathroom, all of the rooms in that corridor were using it because many of these rooms are sharing with friends. Thus it's more private to go out of your room and use the shared bathroom. Thus one small bathroom for 5 rooms is challenging. Also, while the bathroom is newly remodeled and very nice (and clean to start out with), the shower having no door or curtain makes the floor an absolute mess. Couple that with so many people in and out and the bathroom turned into a slosh pit. Tolerable but certainly fixable too.

Nothing special but all fine. Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice. We could store our luggage. Staff gave valuable Tipps for Medellin and safety. Usage of rooftop and pool of hotel next door very nice so you have the benefit of the expensive hotel but stay in cheaper hotel :).

Room a little bit small and no AC but we also didn’t check for AC when booking so maybe booked one without AC. But as Medellin isn’t hot during the night it wasn’t a problem at all :)

My room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. The cook made me a lovely omelette for breakfast, and the tea/coffee/cereal facilities were very good. I only stayed here for one night on a short layover, but it was perfect for what I needed.

The reception is closed from 7pm to 9.30am, so I couldn't ask anyone for recommendations or advice. But the staff messaged me with check in guidelines which was good, but I would have liked to be able to talk to someone in person.

It's good for one night, but the price is perfect. Breakfast is delicious.

The space, it was good for one night. The area was noisy. No TV.

The hostel's location is perfect, close to a metro line, two bus stops and a taxi rank. You can actually access every important place in Medellin from there. The bed is fine, the outside is not too noisy (even with all the party going on around), the breakfast is good. And the quality is excellent for such a cheap price.

It s important to speak (or atleast understand) spanish to communicate with everyone there... it was ok for me but still you should have it in mind. The fan in the room is very noisy and the room can be very hot.

Very clean and very comfortable relaxed accommodation near to many restaurants in Poblado, about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Great breakfast and many recommendations for the highlights of Medellin, zyppy walking tours for Comuna 13 was a highlight! Angelica on reception was really smiley, she’s an asset to the guest house, keep up the good work!

Santiago. The man at Reception. He was SO helpful when I had two flights cancel. I am a 71 year old woman travelling alone and my phone is a huge challenge for me. Santiago showed me things for the use of the phone which made life SO much easier for me!!! I am eternally grateful to Santiago!

Very clean with helpful friendly staff. Eggs & toast for breakfast with cereal/fruit/yogurt/coffee was really good. Great sushi vendor just outside and dominos pizza behind!

Would have been nice to have the option of a late check out, we had a late flight on checkout day so had to loiter around the common room for like 5 hours 😅
