My honest opinion. I was here on january 2024 for a week and now on december for a week too, both dates to celebrate a friend birthday and my sister bday... I love the location and almost all the staff. Omar and Mary awesome people. ..thank you both , you make our stay very pleasand. You help us a lot, all your recommendations were good (except the hair saloon this was too expensive jajaj was better, cheaper and friendly the hair saloon on cartagena on january) location 100 (exc) places to eat around 100 (exc) safe walking by foot. I may be back next year to do more tours and less shopping :) . Merry Chritmas!!

I was here on january 2024 for a week and now on december for a week too, both dates to celebrate a friend birthday and my sister bday... this time the breakfast was not included and the room was same price as january but much little. It´s a shame. The bathroom door was water damage, the shower throw water up. Our room was next to the trash can door and they let it open..so looks not good when we enter and let the room every day ..please keep it close, we dont need to know where you put away the trash. :) Christian was more friendly and helpful on january than now.

I really enjoyed this visit and especially would like to individual acknowledge the night desk attendant (Omar). I have been a guest at the Travelers Orange Suites for over a year and half and I can say for certain Omar has always shown professionalism and always willing be attentive to all my questions. I'm writing this review to show my appreciation for the whole staff and especially Omar in my opinion his value should be awarded. I have been recommended the facility for over 2 years to my friends and they all have the same experience they speak very highly of Omar and the cleaning staff.

This was my second stay at the hotel and both my experiences I was very satisfied and I do highly recommend the stay to my friends. I would especially like to say thank you to Omar at the (front desk) for all his help on both my trips. Omar has been friendly and was willing to help me while providing professional guest service.

Very big and spacious apartment with a big comfortable bed, two spacious bathrooms, a kitchen, and air conditioning. Very happy with the apartment and considered it value for money for the price we paid. The apartment complex offered a laundry service which was helpful. The building was secure with a locked front door and the reception staff were helpful. The breakfast included in the price was outstanding. It is hosted by the restaurant across the street from the hotel, and the quality and quantity of breakfast meal was really excellent.

The sliding glass doors that faced the street did not reach the ceiling, so there was an open gap between the doors and ceiling of about 2 inches which meant we could hear noises from the street. It was only a minor issue, though.

I always stay here when I visit Medellin so I know this place well. The family room was large and perfect for 2 people. Full kitchen with all amenities and two bathrooms. Nice living area as well. The staff is always helpful and very courteous and the security is perfect.

The only thing I would say is that I wish they had better cable TV for regular channels and sports. Basic cable with all of the normal channels. Nothing more.

Price, location and what was offered was very good. They also met my request as best as they could.

I asked for a high floor but received floor 4. My following comment is not really somethinf that they could do something about but sometimes there was loud music all the way into the AM hours, which on floor 4 u can hear pretty clear.

The staff is exceptional! That's what makes the place. From the front desk people to the attentive housekeeping staff.

Bathroom was a bit dated. Needs a refresh, and the hot water came up when it wanted to.

Great location walking distance to Park LLeras and Poblado. Quiet street. Great breakfast option feet away from Hotel. Room are very nice. I got a room with 2 full baths

Love the breakfast, very complete and varied. Location is amazing , only 10 minutes walking to metro station, and 5 minutes from zona rosa. Staff is exceptional, specially Christian and the lady (sorry I forgot the name) in the reception that always helped us with everything we needed.

Room is located in second floor and it’s not sound proof, so you can hear all noise from street and on weekend you hear music and noise from bars a restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, this could be annoying

The location was excellent , close to sites of interest. Restaurants and bars. The property is in good shape and a parking space inside the building is a plus. I'll come back next time I go to Medellin.
