I truly admire the entire staff at the hotel; they are not only warm and welcoming but also authentically compassionate. Each member goes out of their way to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in a vibrant area that offers easy access to local attractions and stunning views. Additionally, the delightful scent of fresh lemongrass wafts through the public spaces, creating an inviting and calming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience.

The breakfast offerings are somewhat inflexible, as they come pre-combined, which makes it difficult for guests to create their own ideal meal. This lack of customisation can be frustrating, especially for those with specific dietary restrictions. For instance, if someone is allergic to a certain ingredient or prefers a vegetarian option, they might find it challenging to adjust their order without facing additional charges. When modifications are requested, the establishment removes the original item but imposes a fee for any substitute, which can make the overall dining experience feel less accommodating and considerate of individual needs.

Very friendly and nice people. The spa is amazing and the ladies are very well trained to give a massage. Ask for a "fuerta" massage. Nice rooftop bar with great pizzas. Sometimes the pizza is served a bit cold. As an architect I liked the design and ambiance. It's very well designed. The fruit bowl is very nice. The coffee out of a glass is not my thing. I prefer a real cup to enjoy my coffee. All over it's a great place to stay if you like a nice hotel with a spa and very friendly and helpful employees. The clerk was always helpful and made me feel very welcome from the first moment. Pick up from the airport was a bit confusing, because the person I spoke to on WhatsApp wasn't the same who picked me up and only at the airport exit he said, there is a different person with a car. Then this person sent me a message and I was a bit confused.

There are a few points I didn't like. It's that you can't open windows in your room. After a few days it smells and you can't always open the door to get a circulation. The bathrooms are very tiny and even for a standard man with 95 kg is not much space and hard to turn around. The head board of the bed is too huge, even I understand the architecture concept with the arc on the entrance that shows up at the bed. The light panels are very complicated and often don't work well. The drawer to store your clothes is very cheap and doesn't work properly. It reminds me of IKEA. Finally I missed potatoes for breakfast.

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, with all facilities in excellent condition. The spa offered the perfect opportunity for a few hours of relaxation, and the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in a fantastic location surrounded by excellent restaurants in a charming city. The rooftop restaurant was awesome, with delicious pizza and exceptional service. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic stay at Wellcomm Hotel and Spa in Medellín! The biggest highlight for me was the spacious rooms, which provided plenty of comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The location is also unbeatable—situated in an extremely safe and vibrant area, I felt comfortable walking around even late at night (I was out at 1 AM and felt completely at ease). There are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, so you're never far from a great spot to eat or relax. The hotel itself has excellent amenities, including its own restaurant and spa, both of which were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the spa treatments were the perfect way to unwind. The staff were another standout feature—Fabian, Jose, and the night shift team were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They even arranged a taxi service for us to go on a Guatapé tour, which was super convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious. Overall, Wellcomm Hotel and Spa offered an excellent stay, combining comfort, great service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!

Lovely room, great bed (too big for one), great location, friendly helpful staff from the first meet in reception to the breakfast to the cleaners lovely people, great breakfast.....really nice.....I might add that I was leaving for a tour early one morning and the chef made me a great sandwich to take in lieu of breakfast....much aporeciated.....Great hotel would definitely go back...

These are really minor things but 1. Shower took a while to heat up and 2.the hotel provided water bottles to refill from the water tap outside, but the water from the tap is a trickle....takes a while to fill bottles but good water .....pressure needs increasing? 3. while the room touch lighting is great it takes a while to master the different touch arrangements but that's minor

I confirmed via what’s app that the Turkish bath was included. It was not. It’s almost $50usd per person for a 45 minute slot. They comped us one day due to the misunderstanding but the reason we chose this hotel was bc of the Turkish bath being included so that was a bummer. Next time will likely stay at hotel with pool bc $100. USD is too much per day to pay for access to what is essentially a hot tub without jets Rooftop bar when completed will be amazing. Also beware. Booking states it is an executive suite with living area but you get a suite plus which is a basic hotel room. Nice room but no separate living room.

The location is excellent in walking safe area of El Poblado at 7-minute walk from El Poblado Park and 7-min walk from Poblado metro station. Comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast. Great staff.

I think that the shower head is too big for the shower space and it is practically impossible to take a shower without getting your hair wet and the whole bathroom being filled with water. I suggest to put a smaller shower head considering that anyway the water pressure is very good or thickening the space between the shower and the bathroom so that the water from the shower does not reach the rest of the bathroom.

The Wellcomm Spa & Hotel is a brand new hotel and has a nice and stylish designed concept and is located in a popular zone of Medellín. Staff and checkin was very friendly, interior and furniture make a very good impression. The standard rooms are rather small but well designed and functional.

It was just a bit disappointing that the hotel did not make the impression to be 100% ready for guests, as there were lots of handymen fixing last things inside and creating a busy atmosphere and some smell of paint during our stay. Also the staff is not perfectly trained yet. Last but not least charging 18.000 COP for a 600ml bottle of still water at the reception is maybe a bit on the high side compared with other hotels/shops nearby. I am sure this can be one of the best places arrround in Medellín when everything is running, but for the extra charge all of the „little things“ need to be fixed before it is really worth it.

The staff were wonderful, especially Fabian at the front desk and the breakfast staff,and Isabel, the housekeeping, who were very helpful. Everyone was very professional.

The breakfast options are somewhat limited, with eggs being the primary choice. The rooftop is pleasant, but the pizza could be improved in terms of quality and flavor.

The restaurant on site was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was perfect.

They just opened recently. So I can see they are figuring out small details in rooms, like the lighting controls and clothing racks/ I think that’s what I could’ve used moe of. Space for clothing storage.
