I received several emails asking me to check in online to ensure both the safety of the guests and employees. However, the hotel thinks it perfectly acceptable to pass my contact details on to a third party private transport company without asking permission. Said company then persistently sent me messages offering exorbitantly priced airport transfer trips. Totally unacceptable.

Restaurants and other facilities were not operational due new construction.

The location the staff was all excellent, but due to the new construction restaurants , swimming pool, gym was not opened at that point.

Location, gym, food court in the floor level, nice place to stay since there is a yard in front of the restaurants!

The size of the room, the cost to room size relation is high. I expected to have a better room size with place to put my baggage and organize the belongings.

This is the best hotel in Medellin in 2025. This is my third time this year staying at this hotel. From the staff at the reception to the restaurant on the hotel's rooftop, the service is excellent, the rooms are super comfortable, the hotel is beautiful, the area where the hotel is located in El Poblado, Manila, is beautiful, with many local restaurants within walking distance, and the area is super safe! I recommend this hotel 100%. Also, The hotel has several restaurants, including two incredible ones on the ground floor: El Clásico (fusion cuisine) and Bigzza (pizza and ice cream).

I stayed in a Junior Suite, please put a TV in front of the bed like the other rooms, for those rainy days in Medellin and you want to stay being lazy in my room.

The hotel is beautiful, and so is the staff working there. The location is convenient because you are in a quiet block but you are close to different areas in El Poblado. La calle del Sabor is two blocks away from the Heiss and you can find a variety of restaurants. The Hotel has a mini pool ( wasn't open during the days I was there but looks very nice. Also, the Terrace with a bar is very beautiful as well as the Italian restaurant.

I didn't like the space in the room. Even though I paid more to have a terrace and more commodities, the design of the room was bad. I didn't have drawers in the room ( very inconvenient) the closet was blocked by a useless table with a lamp. No place where to put your luggage. The TV system was awful since we could not watch football and you have to use your account from YouTube and Netflix if you want to watch a movie.

Heiss Hotel deserves a 4.5 out of 5 rating. Highlights: 1. Areas for Improvement: -The absence of additional amenities such as a pool or gym could be an area for enhancement. -Junior Suites missing TVs in front of the bed. -More information about in-house dining options would be beneficial.

There is so much to like about his hotel. The design is very contemporary. On the 4th floor I had a balcony with a great view. I thought the bed was very comfortable and I slept well in it. Everything is new and very stylish and the lighting is very attractive, although not always practical. When I asked about getting to the airport the manager hooked me up with a private cab company. They were very professional, made an appointment, were right on time and priced reasonably. The neighborhood is a more quiet section of Poblado with tree-lined streets and many restaurants an easy walk from the hotel. I felt very safe in the area.

The room is very small and since there is no dresser with drawers, you have to live out of your suitcase, except for the few things you can hang in the small closet. The rooms are not soundproof which I think is a tragic mistake given the effort they put into design. I often heard music or conversations from other rooms or the hallway. The lighting in very stylish but sometimes impractical. The light over the sink shined on the top of my head which is not good for shaving. The lighting in the desk area was totally inadequate and I'd have to lie on the bed to get better light.
