Very nice place to stay in the hearth of modern Poblado neighbourhood. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, only if it could be earlier. Metro station is not far.

If the breakfast could be earlier, because if you want to do any activity, 7:30 is too late..

This is a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel located strategically in El Poblado, but not near the busy, noisy bar and club area that's farther uphill. I had a spacious room as well as delicious and varied breakfasts. The hotel seemed very secure (I found the main entrance almost always locked) and ATMs as well as a grocery store are located about a five-minute walk away. The main street of El Poblado (Calle 10) is also a short walk away.

The bathroom sink sprayed water on the counter when turned on. Also, a warning about El Poblado in general is that it's situated on a steep hill (with the subway station being downhill), so if you have trouble walking, I recommend staying in a different part of the city.

Modern room with Netflix TV & best shower. The daily housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. There was a rotation of staff at the 24-h check in counter. The young lady that helped us check in on 19 November was very helpful & patient. She also got us a reliable airport transport in the wee hours of 21 November. The airport transfer was a good sized car and the driver came early to wait for us. The hotel is surrounded with many restaurants & cafes, so it was very easy to get a meal. We had a Guatape tour and were able to walk to the meeting point at Poblado park with 15 min slow walk from the hotel.

A pity that the laundry service in the hotel is available only if we take our clothes to the laundry staff between 8 am and 4pm. We were out early & returned after 4pm, and we were not allowed to put our laundry for wash at the front desk. We picked this hotel because of in-hotel laundry but could not use the service.

This an Awesome place to stay. Its a busy area if you like that. It is near stores and restaurants, and in the heart of the popular neighborhood of El Pobalo. My one-bedroom type room was outstanding. Kitchen area nice and well equipped. Outside sitting area included with my private room. The breakfast was super good, it cook to order and served to you on an upper floor out side but covered. I really enjoy this place and would stay here every time I come.

Great location, bed was very comfortable, AC worked like a dream, WiFi was fast, room wasn't cleaned for the first 3 days and then cleaned everyday after that oddly. Great breakfast.

Taxi from airport has to be paid in cash (or card with an additional 7% fee) as its not actually part of the hotel, it is more expensive than an uber for no benefits, took 40 minutes of waiting to pickup on arrival.

Great location and very clean. Comfy bed and a waterfall shower. For the price you can’t really beat it, especially considering it has air conditioning which others in a the area at a similar price point lack. Staff made this place for me though. All of them were exceptionally friendly and I made a point of having a conversation with them when I came or left. Will definitely be back here next time I am in Medellin.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Laundry service delivered our clothes nice, clean and folded. Nothing missing. Amazing breakfast with four different choices. The room was great, comfortable bed, safe box, bathroom with warm shower. Overall, the hotel is welcoming, clean, and aesthetic. Perfect location right by a lot of great restaurants and bars, approx. 10 mins to the metro.

Under the pillow cases, there were plastic covers that felt weird?

Place was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised with a birthday cake which I thought was very sweet!!!!! I will definitely go back. CoLink is walking distance from many different restaurants. MY stay was absolutely amazing.

I wish I had more time there. It's the best I've slept in a while!!!!

They offer breakfast, but we did not request so I can't tell how it was. About the location it was perfect. There is a super market called Exito five minutes away from the hotel and it has everything you need and they sell cooked food in an a very affordable price and there are some small food courts in it too. El Poblado metro stop is nearby two further blocks from Exito supermarket. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, but a bit pricy. I recommend to walk to the main road going to El Poblado Park, you will find lots of local restaurants and half the price. I think it is called El Poblado Ave. The Stuff is very young and helpful. Always willing to help and guide. It is a very small and family hotel. The owner is always around and a very nice and talkative person.

Since it is in a very centered location, there is a bit of noise from music around from the surroundings. So I recommend some earplugs and blindfolded because some popped-up lights lit while people walk on the halls and it lights all the room. But those two things will do.

The location was perfect very central, I felt safe and there are many good restaurants at the street. All the staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Shower was good, good aircon, the facilities were great overall, very clean, the tv works well. Overall very good place, I absolutely recommend!!!
