The hotel is well located with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The laundromat nearby does same or next day washing and delivers the laundry to the hotel. Affordable. Mostly the staff are helpful esp the evening staff and the bell-hop/concierge. The bar and restaurant are convenient.

The rooms can be quite small, but are very clean and have comfortable beds. They get quite warm esp at night. There are no lifts, and 3 buildings with stairs to navigate.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of all cafes, restaurants and bars. We had a big room with kitchen on the 5th floor and the room looked great and nicely designed with floor to celing windows and almost like an outdoor shower. Also lots of storage space.

Due to the location its quite loud in the room at all times, we had to sleep with ear plugs. Besides that the air conditioning was a mobile one and also extremely loud. The floor was quite dirty (even though we saw that it was being cleaned). And some of the amenities need replacement, especially the hair dryer and the USB port station for phone chargers (2 of our chargers broke after being plugged in).

We booked a deluxe double room. It was spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. Our room was made up every day, which was a real bonus, and we had a small kitchenette to make basic meals. It was perfectly located in the nicer part of El Poblado, close to restaurants, cafes and the metro station. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us and to make us comfortable. If we return to Medellin, we would stay here again.

It could be a little noisy at night, given its location in a popular going-out area, and given the rooftop bar in the building. However, it always quietened down by midnight. It didn’t bother us but might be difficult for those sensitive to noise.

They dont offer breakfast, but you can go downstairs to a million amazing restaurants. Rooms are NICE and spacious, easy access, great location in the center of all the action, great places to eat and lots of cool stores and great neighborhood. One of the few areas in MED that is not still inundated by ugly tourism.

Its noisy in the am, street sellers and singers will wake you up, but I guess thats part of the experience. The hotel didnt clean my room, ever. I dont care about that but they didnt come once to make the bed or offer towels as they should. Other thank that everyone was extra nice booking taxis and making extra efforts to help your stay. I loved the staff.

The location is splendid - fantastic street/intersection in Poblado packed with restaurants and coffee shops. However, it does come with the downside of noise, especially during the weekend, as there are bars right in front .

The room could be cleaner—there was a lot of dust—and it would benefit from having more space to store your belongings. Overall, a great spot for enjoying the vibrant area, but some improvements in cleanliness and functionality would make it even better. They did not offer breakfast

I had a TV in my room but the cord didn’t reach the power point so that was a bit useless haha. The rooms have a portable air con unit which isn’t ideal but certainly is appreciated that they’ve included them. There is a rule about bringing someone to the hotel and it will cost you $165k COP which is outrageous!.. what if I want to bring a friend over? That puts me off.

Contemporary hotel surrounded by a lot of greenery in the popular neighbourhood of El Poblado. I liked the interior design of the spacious rooms, and particularly enjoyed breakfast on the spectacular panorama rooftop. There are several breakfast options, and of course delicious Colombian coffee. The personnel are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider + recommend staying here again.

Great location, facilities and lovely staff. Everyone was super helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay. The cafe downstairs is great. The room was amazing and very comfortable.

The bathroom situation with the exposed wall is a bit funny! But keep the lights off and you will be fine. I would however recommend for the hotel to do something to make it more private, if not for that, it would be perfect for me!

The location and the property is perfect for Medellin. Its location is near small eateries and bars and about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the popular tourist area (Provenza) bars and discotecas. I think this perfect because although it can be loud it chills out about 1am. Seems like everyone heads to Provenza after that. The hotel it self has two eateries one on first floor and an other at the rooftop. Food was good ! The rooms are a plus the shower is a must.

The minus of this property is that the visitor fee is quite steep. 150.000 peso. Which when I compare it to how much my stay was for one night that’s half of what I paid . I think the visitor fee could be a bit cheaper especially if the visitor isn’t there the whole time.

That the bar/rooftop was open for longer😊 early closing. But they have a very good view around the city😍I wish that it was open a night so you could get some pictures of the city and the mountains👍
