Great location, reception very friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, great TV and lovely warm shower with shampoo, conditioner etc provided. Big fridge with some (chargeable) items provided eg red bull, water, beer.

- Could do with coffee / tea-making facilities (or at least a kettle) - would benefit from investing in stainless steel pans for the kitchenette as all of the Teflon pans are scratched. I know this is arguably a small issue but I did not enjoy thinking about the millions of plastic particles being released into my food every time I cooked (also the only sponge provided is a metal scourer so this only serves to worsen the scratch problem) - we were staying for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels & our apartment to be cleaned on day 3. I assumed that the apartment would be cleaned / bins emptied every day like in hotels so this was a bit of a surprise, but once I asked the receptionist was very helpful

A Perfect Stay at Royal Living Poblado! From the moment we arrived at Royal Living Poblado, we knew we made the right choice. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants. The property itself is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures—well-maintained, modern, and comfortable. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. A special shout-out goes to Mr. Álvaro, the doorman, who was the highlight of our trip. His genuine care, kindness, and friendly conversations made us feel safe and welcome throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and couldn't imagine our time at Royal Living without him. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt secure and at home. If you're looking for a top-tier place to stay in Medellín, Royal Living Poblado is the way to go. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and the wonderful staff makes this an experience we will cherish. Highly recommend!

Bathroom outlet didn’t work.

The location of the property is in barrio Manila. Close to restaurants and shops check in with smooth.

The location of the property. It is right across the street from the police station, which is good and away, but they have taken over the street and blocked off a substantial part and park their police cars and bikes on both sides of the street. Makes it very difficult to cross the street and to be picked up by taxis and Ubers. Also seems that they’re always looking at the property as they know foreigner stay there my friend smoking a cigarette on the balcony and they thought it was an illegal substance and proceeded to yell at us and turn on their police lights making it uncomfortable for us to be on the balcony of the property.

The location of the hotel is good. Good breakfast! Many restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk away. The room is beautifully furnished. The dealings are high and the bathroom is nice and just a tad bigger than most. Didn't use the kitchen much during my short 2 night stay.

Unfortunately there is a construction site right next door, I mean it's inches from this building, so you get lot's of noise during the day and you vision is blocked. At night the place calms down, it gets more quiet. If you get a street view rom you may actually have a view with the large panorama windows?

I liked the building and the room. It's nestled across the street from a police station so it's very safe. Room felt like an apartment and it was very clean and well kept.

The staff were friendly but I was upset at an interaction with one of the employees. She was instructed with collecting payment and was insisting that I would have to pay a 20% tax for staying. Which was resolved as I was not a citizen, resident of Colombia and didn't need to pay. But the confrontation and back and forth from an employee who was arrogantly insisting that it was so. Thankfully management stepped in and it was resolved shortly after. It was nonetheless upsetting. The other thing was possibly the food. The establishment owns the restaurant next door and the inclusive breakfast is from there. The food was terrible. Colombia generally has great food. This was bad. And I felt sick afterwards.

At first glace the hotel is nothing exceptional, the staff is cordial and nice though. The rooms are huge and well equipped, very clean too. The hotel is next to some good restaurants and food stores and 5-10min walk to the vibrant area, witch is a plus because you don't have to listen to the music and the party noises at 3 am. The breakfast is ordinary, if possible go and eat to some of the great places around like betty's bowl for exemple. Never saw anyone eat there during our stay. Overall very nice experience.

It was great to be in an area within walking distance to services and great restaurants. Their breakfast was very delicious and their staff friendly and helpful.

It needs an additional mirror outside the bathroom, better if full length. Also if a requested breakfast item will add cost, it will be important to know when you ordered instead of when you are checking out. Also, it should be advertised as a loft instead of having a bedroom, since the bedroom is not separate from the rest of the living space.

The location was perfect, we were able to explore nice restaurants, bars, even a pharmacy and a supermarket is around the corner. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. We enjoyed also the free breakfast. Next time I go to Colombia, I will love to stay in this property.

The only thing is that next door there is a construction, so in the mornings you were able to hear the people working, thankfully it just happened maybe twice.

Royal living was a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely attentive and welcoming. In the apartment everything is new, the decoration is beautiful and inviting, the loft was spacious for three people. It’s located in Manila, poblado so you have endless # of spots to choose from.. very international. The apartment is located in front of main avenue, which means it gets busy (and a bit noisy) but it’s also located in front of the police command center so you feel somewhat safe! Loved it!!! Will be back someday 🫶🏻

Very central location about a block or two off of the Main Street. Easy access to plenty of restaurants and a quick walk from quite a few parks and public transportation. The room itself was very spacious with plenty of features that made our stay of 4 days very comfortable.
