Nice breakfast, but a little slow on service. Modern style and friendly staff. Nice rooftop (including a bar) Modern room

NOISY! Location great, but traffic until late at night, and early in the morning. Rooftop bar never open. Nowhere to lie down by the pool - no beds supplied. One morning the downstairs (bar.dining area) had been hired out for a private event, so breakfast was moved to an area next to the lift and storage rooms on furniture brought down from the roof. We felt like an inconvenience while the event took preference. The worlds smallest WC in rooms! If you are over 175cm you will struggle to sit down!

Very comfortable and spacious room! The hotel is also in an amazing location. The breakfast included was great

The room wasn’t very clean. There were some hairs on the bed and gum stuck on the bathroom wall, which is quite gross

The hotel is very close to El Pablado Park, where most tours meet. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pastry shops and money exchange places nearby. The area is safe to walk day and night. My room was clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable and huge. My room faces the street and there was some noise but nothing to disturb my rest. The shower is open concept with no door or curtain, water often spilled out when I shower and wash my hair. Hot water and water pressure was superb. Walking to my room was kinda scary, the hallway is unlit until you get close. The sensor needs readjusting. I used my phone light to enter. Breakfast was good, quick and always delicious. The folks working the front desk were very nice and always helpful. I would highly recommend this place. The rooftop is nice, but the bar was never open. The pool is really small and nice for hanging out in but not swimming. The space is great for photos. It's a beautiful view of the city at night.

The hotel is in a great location, plenty to do around, and plenty of food/bars options. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always happy to recommend you places or help you out with anything you may need. The room was big and super comfortable and clean. The pool area is great, but it would be even better if the bar was open :) Great views and spot for pictures! Definitely recommend it, and I will be back on my next trip

If your room is on the street's side, it can get a little noisy. But nothing earplugs can't fix :)

Perfect location; hotel looked amazing. Hotelroom nice and spacious.

Rooms are loud: could hear the neighbors alarmclock in the morning and putting the phone back on the nightstand; hear the neighbors have sex, hear coughing and hear traffic from the streets. 2 times the cleaningladies did not come, or came but didnt change the towels and left us with fewer towels than we got originally. So we had to go downstairs ourselves to get some (so we both have 1 for the shower) and get toiletpaper.

Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and stunning lighting and decor. The room was very spacious and room 603 was on the highest floor (except for the rooftop pool) and had a large balcony that was not overlooked and with amazing views over the mountains! Beautiful shower area, hot water takes a while to come but it is good and has great pressure. Netflix and other apps on the TV. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Blackout curtains. Great air con.

Nothing to complain about. Yes there is noise but this is El Poblado in Medellín, and in general we found that all of Colombia is noisy! You get used to it, or bring earplugs. If I was being really picky I'd say the (beautiful) bedside lights could be dimmer as they are pretty bright and light up a lot of the room if one person wants to sleep whilst the other reads.

The jacuzzi on the balcony was one of the best things I’ve ever had. I didn’t leave the room for 36 hours as I was just so relaxed out there. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. I also found the staff super helpful as they give you a hotel WhatsApp number and they responded to all my questions really quickly and helpfully.

The angry gorilla statue in the room was a bit weird.

Breakfast was great and they had always fruits for appetizer, a main dish which would be traditional breakfast, coffe and juice. great deal! Location was great since all the tours agencies would pick you up from it and it was a walking distance to almost anything you would need, stores, church, rests!

The bathroom space, it was distributed but the toilet had a very reduced space.

View from balcony spectacular at night. Very nice finish to rooms and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurants very close. Terminal Sur only 5 minutes away in taxi.

Not a criticism of hotel; but not a fan of Medellín. Only use it for a night in transit. Despite popular opinion, I can’t see it has changed much in 25 years. I suppose it’s great if you’re into Escobar tourism or following the well beaten backpacking routes.

Very helpful and friendly staff overall who were very polite and despite the language issue were excellent at breakfast throughout my stay I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to stay near Parque Poblado

The rooftop bar if open on some days would definitely have been a good option .
