Very clean, large suites with a living area with sofa and chairs ans a desk, a seperate bedroom with large very comfortable bed, bedside lighting and sockets. The blackout curtains and quiet A/C are a bonus. Staff, whether at the front desk, the cleaners or the kitchen staff, are all very friendly and do excellent work. Despite the proximity to Provenca area, it is generally quiet and peaceful, due to good soundproofing, although on weekends, the corner bar can be loud. Breakfasts are varied daily. There's a good selection of fresh fruit and juice, yoghurt, breads, scrambled eggs and hot local dishes.

My third stay at this hotel and I have enjoyed each one immensely. The rooms are spacious and having a living area is a huge plus. The kitchens could be better equipped as you really cannot cook with the very limited equipment and a coffee maker would be a nice addition in all the rooms, not just a few. They'd probably sell more coffee if that were the case. Being in Poblado atea, it can get a little noisy at weekends especially, but you should know that anyway. Breakfasts are pretty good and change daily but there are always eggs, fruit, juice, etc. But the real plus here are the staff. Everyone is thoroughly professional, very friendly and will help in any way they can. Especially helpful is arranging taxis to and from the airport for a great price. Every driver they have supplied me has been excellent. The guys at the front desk are the best! Thanks again.

Our stay at Torre El Poblado was truly memorable! The location couldn’t be better—right near Parque El Poblado, Parque Lleras, and the vibrant Provenza neighborhood. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, lively nightlife, guided tours, and easy access to some of Medellín’s top tourist attractions. It’s the perfect spot for exploring the city. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent service from **Sergio Ortiz**, who welcomed us with a warm smile, explained everything clearly, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. He truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. The **breakfast included** was another big plus—delicious, fresh, and full of variety. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. And the view—wow! Starting each morning at the 10th-floor restaurant, overlooking the city and the surrounding mountains, was simply magical. The peaceful mountain backdrop combined with the vibrant energy of the Valle de Aburrá filled our spirit and set the perfect tone for each day. We highly recommend Torre El Poblado to anyone visiting Medellín. Whether you’re there for the food, the fun, or the views, this hotel has it all.

A couple of notes for next time: the gym could be improved with more space and updated equipment. Also, we’ll probably choose a quieter room to avoid some of the nightlife noise from nearby bars—but that’s just part of staying in such a vibrant area. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Location was excellent, very near to the Parque Lleras entertainment and dining district. Easily walkable to Parque El Poblado and Provenza districts as well, which also have a lot of restaurants, bars, and clubs. Many tours also depart from Parque El Poblado, which is only 2 blocks away, so the location is perfect. Mattress was comfortable. Shower was nice, although the door didn't seal perfectly, so water leaked onto the main floor a little. The cleaning person was awesome though and she provided additional floor towel to place strategically and avoid a larger puddle.

Nothing really. Blinds didn't block out as much light as I would have preferred, but completely manageable. Did not partake in the offered breakfast, so no opinion on that.

It had everything we expected to have. The staff was very nice accommodating and extra person in the room to keep our group together.

One of the mattresses had a big dent in the middle, not comfortable at all. She slept on the couch. I’m sure if she had brought it up to the staff, they would have change it for her. Also, at first I was assign an apartment smaller than what I’ve booked. As soon as I walked in, I pointed it out and was switch to the apartment I booked. In other words, if you encounter an issue, bring it up to the staff. They will do their best to address it.

The room was spacious. I was staying on the floor next to the restaurant and it was very easy and convenient to take breakfast.

The overall location was great however the street infont on which the hotel was located. However there is not much you can do about this. During my stay there was a couple of days that the elevator was not working and i was staying on the 10th floor. Oooffff.

We liked the location of the hotel, its very close to parque poblado. Staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, it had variety every day. The view where we had breakfast was amazing.

There isnt much we didnt like about the hotel. Maybe these are the small things they could work on. We noticed didn't have hairdryer in the room, so we had to request it. And if the TV had normal TV channels would be nice, since not everyone has Netflix or disney+ subscriptions. The shower drain doesn't drain very fast. So if you take long showers it might overflow abit. Other than that we loved the hotel. We would definitely be returning.

The staff was so kind, the breakfast was very good and the breakfast has such great views. I was surprised and impressed by such beautiful breakfast views. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is located in a great location! I recommend this hotel if you want something central, affordable and comfortable.

The toilet paper was not standard toilet paper rolls (it was pieces of tissue) and they didn't have small hand towels.

My second visit was in a room lower down but bed, linens, towels and bedside lighting were all excellent and the room is very large with a sofa, desk and chair. My balcony this time was a good large size, but there wasn't even a chair there, an oversight which I hope they fix. Staff throughout are amazing, friendly, cheerful, efficient and quick to help with any needs whether it's the desk staff, kitchen or cleaning staff or the concierge. My thanks to all of you for making my stay so comfortable.

Bathroom was a bit small with very little space for toiletries or drying towels. Odd, since the rest of the unit was very large. A bit of noise from the bar next door at weekends, but I doubt you'll find anywhere in El Poblado for which this isn't true. Besides, it didn't disturb my sleep with earplugs.

Very clean throughput, quiet despite the nearness to all the bars and clubs just 3 blocks away. A comfortable bed with good lighting and outlets close to bed. The safe in the room is a plus, but the balcony is tiny with not even enough space for a chair. Staff were fantastic, super helpful and a minor problem was taken care of by maintenance very quickly. Breakfast was excellent and varied each day as far as the hot options were concerned. It's served on the 10th floor with fantastic views. Staff there were also great, well trained, helpful and made sure my coffee cup stayed full, which I needed some mornings!
