The staff understood service and helped wherever they could. The room was big and comfortable. We had to pay for an upgrade to the room we wanted and it seemed reasonable although a little bit confusing and annoying. The location suited us perfectly and they had parking, which is painful in that area. We will stay here again.

We didn't like that we couldn't book the room we wanted on booking.com. we were in the lobby and we had just seen the room and it was available. So we had to book another room and pay for the upgrade. The place could use some maintenance especially on the roof top. We will stay here again.

The duparc is my go to Medellin hotel from the staff to breakfast and the rooms

The service was great, staff very helpful, the room huge and comfortable, the bar service to the room a super great surprise and the breakfast the best we had in Colombia. Many thanks to the concierge from Venezuela (can’t remember his name!) so helpful and kind! This hotel should be rated a 10, it’s one of the mos silent in Poblado!

The laundry service it’s too expensive!!

a boutique hotel with a great number of special charms located in the center of Medellin, close walk to night life, very safe and convenient. Great staff on all the levels. Just loved the place and would recommend to anyone going to Medellin.

The gym could be further improved with more weight equipment

Everything was perfect. Location , staff , delivered what was communicated prior to booking. Food was great . They manage this property with high levels of safety. Great place

As a person who goes to the gym daily the only challenge was the gym could have had a bench and a rack of free weights . But there was a smart fit 8 mins walk from the property so that was sorted .

The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Service was superb. Excellent location. Close to all restaurants, parks, shops. Very safe. Breakfast buffet was included and excellent. Kitchen in rooms was a huge plus. With full size refrigerators, microwave, stove and oven! Spa and restaurant available.

Kitchen had zero items to cook or eat with, but staff brings at your request. Minor detail.

Nice and VERY clean spot in a great location in walkable distance to restaurants, bars, shops, ect. The free breakfast was really exceeded expectations and the staff were excellent and helpful. The restaurant staff are first class. The only negative is the noise on the weekend can be a bit much. This isn’t the hotels’ fault but the area really loves to have a good time on weekends and the entire area is loud and vibrant. The only thing you have to remember is that if you travel fot he nightlife and meet a local, there is a $30 charge if that person comes back to the hotel with you.

We love Hotel du Parc! It is a beautiful hotel with colorful art throughout, extremely friendly, helpful and professional people working there, a perfect, central location which is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and huge rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. It includes lovely fresh fruit, amazing custom fresh omelettes, delicious pastries, fresh fruit juices, different choices of fresh waffles, plantains, etc. And extremely accommodating and nice servers. This hotel has tons of character and is a wonderful place to stay in Medellin!

The staff were super friendly, the facility was nice, loved the open air dining area and lobby.

PUT WEIGHTS IN THE FITNESS CENTER! My only complaint, I always walk a ton when I'm on vacation, I don't need cardio equipment, just an adjustable bench and good selection of dumb bells is completely sufficient. Kettle bells and a z-bar are another great addition that don't take up very much room. It would be cool if there was more on the rooftop also or even a small pool somewhere.
