There was too much noise during the night, and also the breakfast could be better

Very nice (business) hotel, in the middle of Poblado. Day staff/ reception is very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop bar and jacuzzi is great, friendly staff in the bar.

Night staff is so so. I had to identify myself when coming in after dinner. During check out in morning it seemed a drink was missing from the minibar. I confirmed not taken anything from the minibar. While waiting for check out I was asked another three times (!!) if I took anything from the room. Rather than questioning innocent guests, they better check on the room and completeness of the minibar before checkin. I did not like this treatment, it was inappropriate.

Last visit I did not partake in the breakfast, this time I did. The potato egg ball things were very good. Coffee also great, yogurt, special juices, etc. all very good. As always, the room is very nice. This hotel is just under a year old and everything is still basically brand new. The cleaning folks are super nice and will accommodate requests for cleaning outside of regular times, which is great. Location is truly spectacular if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife of Parque Lleras and the surrounding blocks. Request a room that faces the street, as that will be the quietest, since they face away from Parque Lleras, where all the discos and clubs will be playing loud music until 4AM. My room faced the street, on the left side of the hotel from inside, and it was by far the quietest of any place I've stayed in Medellin near Parque Lleras, could barely hear the music.

My stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of delightful. Situated in the vibrant Lleras Park, the hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, which adds to its charm. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. In summary, if you're planning a trip to Medellin, this hotel is a solid choice. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

It's worth noting that if you're traveling for an extended period or with a group, the storage space in the rooms might be a bit limited. The closets are extremely small, with only four clothing hooks and no drawers to organize your clothes. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a nightclub, so if you're assigned to a room on the lower floors, the noise from the music and crowds might disturb your sleep. I suggest requesting a room on a higher floor if you're seeking a quieter stay.

Only thing that lacked a bit was the breakfast. Adequate but nothing to write home about. Also there was a sign saying we could order freshly done eggs or omelette to taste, but the service was not available. I was told vaguely that there was a problem in the kitchen.

The room was fantastic, really high quality everywhere with more features than I expected and really great internet speed, The staff were also very helpful, with enough English to fill in the gaps in my Spanish. The rooftop bar is also a great place to hang out, with great views as well as hot tubs which I sadly didn't have the time to use on my trip.

The music from the club next door was just about audible in the bedroom, and kept going until 2:30 or 3:30 in the morning which wasn't ideal. It wasn't really loud enough to stop me sleeping, but I would recommend ear plugs for anyone who might have problems with it. And just be aware that although the breakfast is very nice, sometimes there is a bit of a limited selection, especially if you arrive towards the end after a horde of hungry guests have already eaten.

The hotel is brand new (one year old) and you can tell: nice appliances, comfortable, very nice shower etc. It also has a rooftop bar with great views of the city's skyline. It is located in the infamously noisy El Poblado area, but windows are well insulated and we got a room at the higher floors and facing the back street, so noise levels were very manageable without recurring to earplugs and such – a far cry from what you read on most hotels in the area. Opening the window during the night gave us a quick idea of how well insulated the windows are! Other positive notes were the breakfast (good variety) and staff (kind and attentive).

No real negatives. Obviously the style of the hotel is contemporary so if you're looking for tradition or something artsy then this isn't necessarily for you. Poblado's metro station is a ten minute walk (or a COP8,000 taxi drive) from the hotel, which wasn't an issue for us, but just so you know.

Everything was great. Great location, clean and pretty facilities, helpful and friendly stuff, and the room view was amazing.

The breakfast was really poor and nothing special. No variety and no local foods. I tried it once and not again. After the first room cleaning service I couldn’t find my razor but I guess that was a simple mistake of the cleaning stuff that probably threw it away.

The hotel was great, I loved that they had massage people on call to come to the hotel to give you a massage in your room that was amazing.

the only thing I could possibly complain about is that they don't have their own parking so we have to go and look for parking nearby, which is close. Just a slight inconvenience at most really.

Very few staff members (those there were all lovely but sometimes was hard to find someone!) No doona on bed, only a sheet (and only a small blanket in cupboard) Breakfast options were very random No gym No do not disturb sign for door
